“I used this outlet for many years and was always happy with the flowers but now as Zelle is the only payment method I am unable to use them as I am in the UK. Sorry I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Having posted that I was no longer able to order as I cannot use Zelle to pay I was contacted by Suzie who sorted everything out for me and processed my order.
I know a lot of businesses would have just read the message and accepted the business was lost, but well done for excellent customer service.”
