Thomas and Cam are great! They are trustworthy and very helpful. I never have an issue and they never over sell me on service or product. They provide me with options after asking me what I want, they explain the options and provide me info to make the best decision for the car and my wallet

I thought it was a shop, but after going back home in an Uber they said they couldn’t undo the bolts… and I still got charged.. will never recommend them.

Came in to have a tire checked. Told me that I had to go to the dealer because the key for locking lugs wasn't in the car.Drove all the way down to Sahara only to find out that the key was right where it belonged.Plus not great people smills

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Firestone 0 STAR.... I recently visited Firestone for car service, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite arriving at opening time, I was immediately bombarded with upselling attempts, which was frustrating. Nevertheless, I clearly communicated my requirements, which included an oil change, addressing the coolant light issue, and a few other necessary services. Regrettably, just a few days after leaving Firestone, the coolant light illuminated once again. Concerned about the oversight, I decided to return before opening hours to address the matter. However, from the moment I walked in, the employee's dismissive attitude was evident. He arrogantly claimed to remember my requests but was quick to shift the blame onto me when I mentioned the recurring issue. He rudely stated that he had not notated the coolant light concern, insinuating that I must have forgotten to request it. This response left me dumbfounded. If I had paid for a comprehensive inspection, shouldn't the technician have noticed and addressed the coolant light issue? It is utterly frustrating that instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility for the oversight, the employee chose to dismiss me and shift the blame. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Firestone as a whole. As a loyal customer, I expected professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to resolving issues. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations.

Shop opens at 7am. Stopped by to get my air checked in my tires. Said it takes 30 to 45 minutes for the compressor to fill. Wow guess the employees get paid an hour to do nothing. Gotta wait for the compressor. Must be nice.

Worst customer experience. They have one employee with very bad attitude and seems like he doesn't care of business. Couple times I went there and every time that guy would do his best to discourage me from gaining there business.

Great service here! We had a tire losing pressure quickly and they took care of it in a very kind and professional way. Absolutely love that they are open on a Sunday, very convenient with our work schedule.Cameron was great and did not charge us anything to repair the valve stem and didn't try to upcharge on anything.It did take a bit longer than expected but I think that was understandable as there were not many people on staff since it was Sunday.Overall, highly recommend!

This place is the worst. The customer service is awful. Thomas the manager is Rude, Angry all the time. I brought two tires 4 months ago. One of them went flat the other one I have to keep putting air into cause they won't change it unless it's flat. When I went to get the flat fixed. They told me that the tires are not under warranty. I said no one told me that. I called and spoke with Cameron and he offered to prorate the price. I went in the store the next day. I was greeted by Thomas the store manager who told me Cameron was not in today. I told Thomas what Cameron said and Thomas got soooo angry and started yelling and saying I'm the manager and I make the decision not Cameron. I said ok but I'm not paying full price for a new tire. Thomas continues to yell and is very disrespectful and followed me out the store which made me feel very uncomfortable. After I leave the store Thomas called me and Apologized and offered to sale me a new tire for $60 bucks. I go back the next day to get the new tire ended up paying $88.00 dollars more than I paid the first time. I'm never ever going back there. I left a review on Firestone Web site. I guess Thomas see the review and leaves me a voicemail saying I'm not allowed in the store anymore. Like he is breaking my heart. I'm the customer. I'm paying you. Thomas is so smart. I don't understand Firestone and how they still have him there. Thomas is the worst.

I booked my tire rotation appointment six days ago. It asked if I would be dropping my car or waiting. I arrived for my appointment and was told even if you booked an appointment, you need to drop your vehicle off for the whole day. We only do drop off. Nope, not for a tire rotation, and I booked the appointment while they confirmed it for the terms. So if you want to leave your car for a rotation, this is the place. I'll take my business elsewhere and purchase tires from another location.

Came in months ago just to fix a coolant problem. I forgot who I talked too it was either Tyler, Cameron, or Thomas and I remember they called me to update me on my car and then proceeded to ask if I want to get these other services done air filter, alignment etc. I said "no thank you I would like to get the service I had ask for done only". When it came to the day I had to pick it up I saw they charged me for all these extra services that I already said no too. I don't know if its because I was a woman who went in alone they took advantage of me but I didn't appreciate either one of them gaslighting me proceeding to say I did agree. Save your time and don't come here unless you want to get scammed.

Firestone is full of it. If you book an appointment don't expect them to get to your car until hours later. It is worthless to go here if you don't have all day to wait or come back to get your car.

So, a couple weeks ago, my son got off work around 11pm. On his way home struck something in the road and it ripped open the sidewall. Fast forward to the morning, it was Sunday, nobody seemed to have his tire size. Finally found one and everyone was too booked to mount just one tire, EXCEPT Firestone!! They got it all handled in time for my Boy to make it back to work on time for swing shift!! Thanks Firestone on Deer springs Rd!!!

Came in with an appt. Thomas said we have no guarantees on time. What the purpose of an appt if it first come first serve. Hour wait for them to start work. Hour later work is finished. Finished tag hung in the window for 30 additional minutes while Thomas helped 3 other walk-ins and numerous phone calls until he finally noticed me standing there. Firestone will never see another dollar from me.Service: Oil change
