BEWARE there drivers are wreckless - shattered my windshield on my exotic car. Managers Dave Navarrez and Kendra Parker do not care. I have to pay over $4k to replace the windshield Everything is on video on this accident, I can just imagine if there is no protocol or ownership I can just imagine there business practices!!!! BEWARE

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! EACH REP HAS A DIFFERENT STORY, NOT ONE OF THEM ARE READING FROM THE SAME BOOK NOT EVEN THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM PROVIDES ACCURATE INFORMATION. IT'S UNDER MY LANDLORD AND WE RUN OFF PROPANE ONLY!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FERRELL GAS TO ANYONE, ZERO COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - AND NO THIS IS NOT A DRAMTIC POST, BUT YES AND ACCURATE STATEMENT

Bought a new BBQ tank went to Ferrellgas to fill up since no gas stations have propane near me. Great service. Friendly employees. They purge my tank so it could last longer. Very informative thanks guys.
