I went to Fernandos a few days ago. I ended up needing 2 batteries in my mercedes benz s550 and Fernando installs both batteries for me and 1 of the batteries is in my trunk and very hard to get to, he did it anyways. I truly appreciate his customer service, he goes out of his way to help you ! I've been going to him for over 5 years now and I won't ever go back to autozone !

He dealt with me from start to finished, I was able to purchase one the top of line Batteries from him still under warranty for 1 year. Amazing customer service ! Owner is efficiently knowledgeable about batteries starters and alternators. I found the right battery for my car at a damn good price after looking at other prices in other stores, Fernandos helped me save a lot of money and has great professionalism that has you leaving content with yoir purchase. We purchased a 12v battery for our Sonata Hybrid from Fernando's. It was a random decision to check with them and it turned out to be an excellent idea. Fernando guided us through our choices plus took over and completed my self install for us. Our battery was load checked and found in need of replacement and they had a new battery with a two year warranty in stock. We saved 50% over the price quoted from the dealer. Great customer service and a nice clean shop!

Fernando knows how to run his business. Always beats other prices, has a great selection of refurbished batteries, remembers my name when I call which is a great touch. I needed a delivery for specific time and he makes it happen. That's what I call great customer service! I would give more stars if I could!
