I went in yesterday to mail a package off. I hadn't done this in years. The young man at the counter walked me through everything. And when we were done, I asked for a receipt. He said, I can text you the tracking number. I said, ok and then give him the wrong number. We laughed it off. And then he asked for my email address. I gave it to him and we waited for me to receive it. It took about 7 seconds. And I was off! Thanks again

One person working customer in front of me has 15 packages that all have to be entered one at a time. I had to wait 20 minutes ridiculous
