On 3/22/24, I signed the contract for the move. We were under contract with a house in the city we were moving to, so I used that as the new address. On the scheduled delivery date (4/1/24) for the empty trailer, the driver showed up 45 minutes late, which cut into our loading time - I had to call the company 3 times to get an update. The driver was nice and helped with the partition when he came to pick uip next day.
On 4/16/24, the contract fell through on the address that we had listed as our delivery address for the loaded trailer so I called Estes SureMove to put in the address for a different property that we were purchasing. I was told that they "don't allow address changes once a move is in progress." There is nothing in the contract stating that. Nevertheless, the person I spoke to said she checked with her supervisor and the terminal and they couldn't deliver to the new address anyway due to street access so I would have to unload at the terminal.
When I emailed my "rep" to get more info, he told me that I would only have 4 hours to unload the trailer, rather than the 3 days that I would've had. When I asked additional questions, he never emailed me back. I worked everything out with the terminal, which was frustrating and inconvenient – paid an additional $300 for a moving truck for my belongings.
In summary: -
The empty trailer showed up 45 minutes late. When we only had 24 hours to load, every minute mattered
- The contract states 3 days of unloading time for the delivery address, and the website says there are discounts for unloading at the terminal. I was told on the phone that they could offer me $150 off for the inconvenience and for the terminal unload. I would like that $150 back
- I was told that they charge a flat rate of $450 for the month of storage, which I paid. Upon further inspection, the contract states $20/day for the size of trailer that I rented. Therefore, I should have paid $260 for 13 days of storage, as my storage began on 4/11/24 and ended on 4/23/24 when I unloaded the trailer.
I have called and emailed several times in an attempt to get this resolved but no one has called or emailed me back. I wish I could recommend Estes SureMove, as I had high hopes, but this whole experience has been a disaster and I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars.

Picked up trailer a day late on the 6th. Dropped off on the 20th??? Supposed to dropped off in 8 days....But because the 8 days are "working days" and apparently the drivers must not drive on the weekends????!???. So I just bought an air mattress after sleeping on doggy beds for nearly a week. I would NOT recommend them for anyone or anything. Customer service is rude, cold and overalln not helpful. Go with the PODS or just generally ANYONE else..

My move was flawless from the day I sent in a request for a quote to the the day I pulled the trailer door closed after my furniture was offloaded. Customer service that surpassed the highest of expectations. Timeliness that was consistently consistent. A person that I could go to and did. Over the 2200 plus miles and many days that Estes Sure move had my "stuff" they were available and accommodating. I am sure that you will be saying the same when you choose Estes Sure move for your move.

From the time I arranged my move with SURE MOVE, I had nothing bu phenomenal customer service (including the drivers who picked up and dropped off) The amazing door to door service , customer service on the phone and my trailer arrived 4 days earlier.I am so please with choosing this company for my move.I would recommend this service to everyone!!!

This company was professional from drop off to pick up transporting it and then dropping it off and then picking it up empty very easy move and I didn't have to work as hard the money involved is comprable to you renting a truck but without all the hassle of the hotels expenditures along the way putting in the gas so they made it a lot smoother by the time you add up all the fees that pretty comprable

Used SureMove for a do it yourself military move. The staff and drivers were very professional and courteous. Drivers were on time, paperwork was in order, and our shipment showed up on time for pickup and delivery. Prices were very reasonable, and the process of the move and storing our goods along the way was simple and affordable. Highly recommend!
