I have been going to this tire shop for a few years now. I will say there are a couple of people who were a bit prejudiced towards me, but I continue to go here because everyone else has been nothing but great, and I always get awesome service. Alexander is always a pleasure to see and talk to. There's another older gentleman, (I believe his name is Victor), and he is always kind as well. Anywho, today I go for air, and when I pull up, not one person acknowledged me. I didn't see Alexander or Victor. After a few minutes, Oscar came out and asked me if I had been helped. He stated he noticed me just standing and not speaking with anyone. I replied I had not and he immediately asked if I had had this problem before and with whom. I let him know and he corrected the issue promptly. This is why I will always use El Patron, thank you Oscar for being as wonderful as Alexander and Victor and I'll see you soon! Great service!

Back in June, I was on my way to CA towing a trailer when I got a flat tire on my driver’s rear. They were one of the only shops open early on a Sunday morning. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes! Affordable and fast service. Thanks guys!

Mr. Oscar, who assisted me on the 14th, was very kind. I thank him for his collaboration, but I didn't give him five because they had me that day from the time I arrived at 9:30 until 2 in the afternoon. I lost the entire day of work. They delivered the car to me. But the next day, May 15, I came back because the car kept making the same noise. At first, the man was not very kind, but then the problem here was a change of new brakes with tires included, because the noise continues a little. They did the job well or what happened here? Isn't it nice to have to return after hours of my work when a whole morning and part of an afternoon and the car didn't turn out well? It's doubtful, it's not the price, it's time and money that is lost for This, I thank Mr. Oscar for his attention, I should be more careful in this because if you have good material, he arrived by the way because I called before 10 am and they put me on the last one more day of lost work and he brings me with what the defective bits and when they are supposed to be new and they don't have them, they are going to bring them

Got my rim fixed they did good job 1 month later it start leaking they gave me 3 month warranty so when I go back they act like they don’t wanna fix it till I showed them the receipt with my 3 month warranty then wen I go back they till me I hit something and the rim broke in the same spot they fixed it at Obviously you dident fix it right the first time I could tell if it broke in another spot on rim but I won’t be going back don’t mind paying just want good service if I’m paying the right price

Definitely my favorite tire shop in vegas. I have had multiple transactions with them gettting new rims and tires, alianment, the whole 9, for a few cars and trucks ive had. You can get anything you need here and Mr. Oscar gives great customer service, He finds the perfect set just for your vehicle. Style, beauty, and quality is top notch. I lived in vegas for more than 10 years and I recommend getting your new wheels here.

They charged me 80 dollars for a fan that didn't turn on and they didn't fix anything, it's unfortunate that they rip people off like that.
