Victor was amazing. He went above and beyond. The customer service I received was great. Definitely made me feel at ease with the whole process. And the manager Oscar was very helpful also. I definitely recommend El Jefe Tires.

How do they not know well, because I went to have the tire patched because it had a screw, but I don't know what it had penetrated to the inside, and they removed the tire and dismantled it, it turns out that it had not penetrated?

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Just had a tire replaced last night. This morning on my way to work and car starts to wobble and i see my tire this shop just replaced rolling along beside me i get out and all 5 lugs have snapped inside when i called to ask for owner i was put on hold DID NOT GET TO SPEAK to said owner. then preceded to be told that they are not liable for any damages. I will be contacting a lawyer.

This place offers bad service, they say one thing and later they change it. I asked to speak to the owner but appereantly they dont have any way at all to get in contact with him. This place is just trying to steal people from their hard working money. They made me purchase my breaks from an outside store because supposly they did not offer break pads they only did the labor, and now that I am having trouble with my breaks they do not help me they do not want to check. All I have to say is that if this is aimething that can cause me an acicdent I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY AND WE WILL SEE HOW FAST THEY CONTACT THE OWNER!!! Very bad customer service. Employee I spoke to on the phone just laughed and hung up on me. I do not recommend this place, there are many other plaves out there that treat their customers with respect and try to help them not steal their money.

I went to do the alignment for my car and it came out worse than how I took it. Very bad service they have there. I don't recommend it.
