Every time I come to this location Kai always greets with the best energy. She definitely exhibits the best of EŌS. If you come here ask for KAI for that 5 Star customer service experience.

Free pass is only for those with Nevada ID. The website should state I need to bring in a "Nevada ID" rather than "your local ID." If y'all need to hire a technical writer HMU.

First time coming this location, I wanted to get back into shape working out and trying to be healthy. Wanted to say thanks to Nate for helping me sign up and the amazing customer service. Love the fact that they have a cinema room so I can get my Cardo in while watching a fun movie. The locker room is always clean and the showers are always hot. One thing that makes this location stand out is the fact that I don't have to wait use a machine, like at other locations. This is now my go to place when I need to escape people and be by myself.

I come to this gym 5 days a week. The renovation progress is so slow. All I have seem is that they move boxes from one spot to another.

I honestly love the team here! They are so welcoming and the sweetest bunch. Everyone at the front desk are amazing. I love the family feel this place has. I usually go to the Losee gym but this one's not so intimidating. It's also super clean! bottles are always full the bathrooms are clean! Its close to my house literally walking distance! I just wish eos would update the equipment, they update the other locations, why not this one. I was told it's been here since golds. I like the Aliante community gym feel it gives. It just needs new equipment. If were comparing to the other locations, 8/10 due to old and less verity equipment, individually 10/10

100% recommend this location. It has some of the sweetest team members constantly watching out for me. The relationships we've built just in the past few months are one of a kind, not to mention the cleanliness of the gym. Spray bottles full and clean bathrooms. Love the gym and the people

Had a friend get an advertisement for a one week free trial. He went to this location to use it and an associate was going to let him in but as soon as a manager heard he was “in the system” from coming 1 TIME prior with my bf to workout, she was a rude person and denied him free entry. He got the promotion email because her came 1 TIME before. What if this one week free trial is what would have made him a member? It just feels so rude to treat people you advertise to this way. My friend is a shy guy so it took a lot for him to go to the gym alone and want to workout in front of other people but the female manager who turned him away is the reason he will not be joining. I can’t believe how he was treated. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but turning down people who want to take advantage of advertising your gym puts out was not necessary and I won’t be recommending EOS to any new people.

KRISTIAN SCIRONE the general manager She mad a "new" rule about guests so I couldn't come in saying if I am someone else's guest I could not go as another persons guest if I want too another day. She told me I would have to go buy my own gym memebership if I wanted to go in. I called another gym and they told me as long as they have the vip pass for a guest I am allowed to go with anyone. That's the closest gym to us and she told us we aren't allowed in unless I buy my own pass even tho my sister pays for the guest pass! She also made comments to my boyfriend about hoping to see him run with his shirt off again. My boyfriend feels uncomfortable going to that location now. There's no one to talk to above her at the location about this incident

Don't sign up with EOS!!! So many problems at this location. You're better off signing at planet fitness or LVAC to avoid headaches with this company. Back again, after trying to cancel my membership a few months ago I'm still getting charge for my monthly fee. I called a different location just to make sure my account was going to be cancel and looks like instead of canceling my account they reinstated my account. Spoke to the manager and the "General Manager" at the centennial location that definitely needs a lot more training in customer service couldn't handle the problem so she is trying to dump the problem to the other location.

So, after making my initial post about EOS fitness, not refunding my membership during the time we had a state wide mandated shut down of all businesses due to COVID-19, I just received a blanket response from the HR department apologizing about the incident. Unless that HR department is willing to give us back our renewal membership money for service is not needed, I hope they are reading this review, and I hope they take down their generic apology. The only thing I'm asking for is to be refunded all of our money's for services, not rendered.

Ample bikes, treadmills and ski machines, good air conditioning, clean facility, plenty of parking, staff friendly. I really like the Eos on Centennial & Simmons quieter gym ( smaller) than the other one I had visited. I will be using this location from now on.

I'm about to switch to lvac. This gym is just way too small. I go around midnight and even then I'm waiting on equipment. The girl who works the midnight shift mon-friday just sits at the desk and eats taco bell all night. The trash bins are overflowing, and half the paper towel dispensers are empty. The girl I see on Sunday nights always keep the trash empty and the paper towels stocked.

My cc was stolen and then locked and happened to fall on the week of my eos charge was up. Guess what they charged it and obviously it got denied and they added a fee and wont forgive the fee. For the guy trying to change to lvac it is even worse over there.

There’s basically an EOS at every other corner and I’ve been to a lot around my area but this is the only one where I feel so welcome and is so client oriented, Tyrrell is so great! He goes above and beyond the “welcome in” at the door. Even though it’s a bit of a farther drive it’s well worth it! Great team here.

DO NOT SIGN UP! Instead sign up at : Planet Fitness or LVAC. I have had so many issues with my payments. I cancelled my subscription 6+ months ago. I got charged multiple times and then noticed I was charged for the yearly fee. This one caught my eye. I called and told them that I moved and no longer have access to the gym and had canceled 6 months ago. They gave me the run around. Told me to call corporate. I called corporate and the customer service was terrible. They told me to call the gym I was going to. I called that gym, and they again said they canceled my subscription. Today, I got charged again! DO NOT GO THROUGH THE PAIN AND TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY.
