I have been going to this EOS location for over 2 years now and staff member Monica D. has been the most welcoming. Very professional and courteous. She also never fails to greet when I enter and depart.

Every single day I need a bandaid, and every single day they l give me a bandaid. Their commitment to giving me a bandaid is unmatched and second to none. The front desk staff would go to Pyongyang, North Korea if it meant I would get a bandaid. Who needs Medicare when you have the EŌS Losee front desk. Anyways, 10/10 gym. Would recommend. S/o to Yaya. She's lit.

Im a bug fan of Eos due to having good levels of maintenance and care for the gym at a budget friendly price. If only you guys would add a basketball court to the large empty space you guys have. I would be willing to pay a premium! Aj was super nice and helpful.

This gym does get really packed during the weekdays so I prefer going during the weekends. The staff is always nice and friendly. I always see Monicha at the front desk and she always greets people with a smile and has great energy.

Just finished another wonderful Sunday yoga class with Angie (she gets a million stars!). However, it was mentioned that they're going to allow more people in the class. A few questions: It's already very crowded with the max at 25, where are these extra people going to go? Are they going to put the yoga class in a bigger space? Really, EOS, we're already on top of each other there's not enough space for more unless we have a larger space to accommodate all of us that want to be in the class. If you can make that happen, please do so. It would help the zen .

1 day ago, February 28th,2024 my wife, nephew and I stopped by the front desk to upgrade our passes from blue to black and was blessed to have encountered such a wonderfully pleasant spirit by the name of Vanessa G (Operation Manager). Not only did she have a wonderful personality, but her testimony as to why she got into the fitness career in the first place was inspirational. Overall, this location is a great location. Staff is always friendly, establishment is always clean as well as very spacious. They have a variety of machines, and they are currently working on new editions to add to the gym. Overall, it is worth the investment of getting a membership.

This EOS is the ghetto EOS! Mismatched steel and torn rubber plates , 30% of the machines are out of service. Water fountain supplies hot water. Weights all over the place and never racked. This gym doesn't enforce or encourage people to follow their polices, gym bags at empty machines to hold the machine while someone is on the other side of the gym, this is the gyms responsibility to control this type of behavior unless they encourage it??? Might I add I pay monthly for this crap. Currently thinking of switching gym or ending my membership.

This is my favorite EOS I've ever been to. It's very clean and organized. Vanessa is always so sweet and friendly to my family and I. Makes us feel good having a gym we can go to and feel so welcomed! Thank you!

Whenever I walk through the doors, I am always greeted by a smiling employee, either Yaya (Yaritza) or Monica or sometimes both. They are the Wombo Combo. They always greets me by my name and always have something nice to say. I especially like when they have polls and they interact with everyone walking in or out.

Military member who used to be a member of this EOS. I "cancelled" my membership in Nov of '22 because an assignment change (showed proof of this). Turns out they never stopped my membership even though I went through the process and unbeknownst to me, kept charging me until April of '23 when I came in on leave just to close my account. Frustrating... esp, cause i was basically told that it could in no way be their fault so no refund was offered because I didn't have proof that I closed the account as if I would keep it in a filing cabinet or something.... I should mention that the logs reflect me not stopping in either during that time either. Fast forward to January '24. I moved back in the area. Against my instincts, I wanted to check out the place and see what improvements were made as I was considering possibly starting up again. I went online and they told me to come in so I can get a 7-day pass. I came in and the General Manager (I think she is?), Monica told me I couldnt since I was previously a member and got a 7-day trial pass back in December of '19. I checked the website and nowhere does it say I couldn't be issued one under those guidelines. But she did say could purchase a day pass if I wanted to! Wow! I recommend steering clear of this gym fellas. I could have argued until I was blue in the face but figured it's not worth the grief or aggravation if they'd go as low as to cry about issuing a pass. I guess the 6 months of free money I gave them wasn't enough... LVAC is the easy decision!

This is my favorite gym. I love this gym bc the energy is always alive. I also love coming in every day. The front desk always makes my day. Vanessa is super helpful and AJ is always smiling and greeting me with joy. I wish this gym had more stuff like a recovery room though. Them upgrades is taking a long time.

This EOS has been my home gym ever since I moved to North Las Vegas. We live close enough that I often walk here to do my workouts. The plaza that it's in has undergone lots of changes in the last year or so. Where it was once home to just the gym, a gas station, and few other businesses on the other side of the complex, now there is a 7-11, a Sprouts, a Makai Pacific Grill, a Jersey Mike's, and more newer tenants incoming. Even with all the changes, EOS has stayed consistent in terms of general upkeep and staff who are friendly. It has loyal clients, the regulars that I've seen over the years at the times that I usually come in. This gym gets used; it's usually busy even at 5am. I avoid coming on weekdays after 4pm; it gets too crowded for me.This is a two-story EOS, with most of the cardio machines on the upper floor, plus classrooms for yoga, cycling, and other group fitness classes, and a stretching area with turf. The first floor has the strength training machines and free weights, the cardio theater, kids' club, "the Yard" turfed training area, and locker rooms with sauna and showers. I miss the swimming pool the most; they closed it a few months ago and filled it in with concrete. I spent many hours in that pool training for events; it was so convenient to have it so near to us. Other than that, this is definitely one of my happy places to get my health on. Considering that you can get a membership for as low as $9.99 per month, it's worth it for all that you get in exchange.

It’s pretty good. Nice place to workout at. But lately it’s been getting dirty and towel dispensers aren’t being restocked. The bathroom also needs to also be cleaned every once in awhile and restocked it’s ridiculous the amount of times I come to this gym and there no paper towels toilet paper or toilet seat covers. Love the yoga classes probably the only good thing about this place.
