“When I only need a few items it's great that Family Dollar is only a short 5 minute walk from my apartment. Yesterday while I was there they had a good $5 sale on some canned food (as long as you bought 5 cans.) On the endcap, I only saw 4 of the flavors I like. Then, I noticed an employee on a ladder busily restocking the higher shelves. (I later learned his name was Peter.) Anyhow, Peter saw me and stopped working, stepped down off the ladder and after I told him what I needed he promptly showed me the regular shelf containing more of the flavor I liked. I really appreciate the courteous & fast customer service that Peter gave me so I could get the sale.”
