Not a happy camper. Rims I was sold require spacer which ( had to come in 2xs for rebalance) does not provide for a smooth ride. Same day they rebalanced had a flat and took it back. They had to order the tire. Here I am picking up vehicle and the car is unlocked (both times today upon picking up car it was unlocked), I told associate the second time I dropped it off to make sure it was locked when they got done with it...told a red shirt associate about it and he.kinda shrugged it off. What does it take to get management to tell associates to lock a freaking car after they park it. And on top of that after they changed the tire they didn't reset the tps, so in line to have tire pressure checked and tested reset....wtf. FUBAR. I've used Discount Tire for 40plus years this by far has been the worst experience so far. I understand it's a Saturday but slow down and take care of the customer we understand you have to put a game face on but at least make some geature that it is genuine.

I went to the Discount Tire In NORTH Las Vegas on 11/8/2024. Dayton was there to help me and did a fabulous job. He answered all my questions and got me out in 15 minutes. Great Employee and I appreciate that. Will go back again because of Dayton's Service!

We have discount tires on our car from a few years ago. Recently my son got a flat and while attempting to change the tire, the spline key (that's who he called it) broke whole trying to loosen the lug nuts. The rims are locked requiring a special tool to remove the rims, and we were done for without it. He called Discount Tire and explained our situation so that they would lend me a key so we could change the tire as it was nearing 6pm and they were about to close. After I borrowed the key, we removed the rim/tire put on the spare and we're able to get it back home. The following day, he was right back there in the morning putting on new tires at that same store 🤙🏽
