For starters had to leave work for an appointment that's been made for 4 new tires.....bought and paid for.....arrived 15 min before initial appointment. Appointment was for 2:45.....it's now 3:00 and my Camry is still parked and hasn't been touched. Discount Tire is a decent facility but this particular location is a great inconvenience and I won't be back!

Do not go to this place they just took advantage of my mom for no reason they replaced all of the lug nuts on her vehicle. They just wanted to take advantage of a poor 80 year old woman that doesn't know anything about cars and barely speaks English. I will be reporting this place to the better Business bureau.

Staff at Discount Tire on Craig Rd are friendly & professional. My tire was repaired and ready for them to put back on when I returned after work. They made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

I have chosen this discount tire location years back and won't go elsewhere. Great Customer service and There techs are hard workers. I would like to give praise to a young man by the name of Ranger. Hard worker as from what I witnessed went from finishing one job. To jump right to help with my TIRE issue.

This is a great place for service. I changed a suspension part on my truck with a broken one and had them align it. I got down the road and got death wobble. Took it back and they realigned it a couple times trying to compensate for the bad part. I left and replaced the part myself and took it back for realignment and they realigned it again. They wouldn’t take my money for another alignment even though it was 100% my fault.
They have my business for as long as they keep up this kind of customer service.

Awful. 2 1/2 hour wait for road hazard warranty repair on one tire. Said other tires should be replaced too because of low thread. All 4 tires purchased less than I year ago and only have 5000 miles on them with a supposed warranty of 40000. Manager doesn’t see a quality problem. I do. What do you, a potential customer of this rip off joint, think? For myself, it will be run don’t walk away from this place. No service, no quality, just doubletalk .

Busy but pretty quick. If ever an issue, they make it right, and the tire warranty is an essential living in this construction zone we call vegas!
