DO NOT TAKE YOU PETS HERE. Pet station 1 does not have clean water. After calling management they said there was nothing they could do and suggested to use the high pressure water intended for vehicles. After years of coming here with no problems I will no longer be using this car wash for my dogs or vehicles. Management was very inconsiderate and frankly did not care to make this right.

Multiple high-clearance bays as well as separate stations for washing dogs.
If you pay by credit card... MAKE SURE you press the button to stop the meter when you're done!

I come here to wash our company vehicles as they are taller than a normal van. I like the fact that I can use a credit card.

This place has the best touchless wash on the northwest side of town. It has more features than other touchless washes for less money. It also has huge self wash bays that comfortably fit an oversized vehicle.

RETRACTION
I would like to offer the Decatur Auto Wash an apology. I did not follow the proper chain of command and allow them to fix the error before posting a negative review. I admit I was angry and lost my patience. The correct thing to do in a situation like this would have been to provide them with the opportunity to come correct first.
FOR THIS I APOLOGIZE.
I would also post that they have compensated me for my trouble and made things right. To me this speaks volumes about who they are as a business. Anytime a business is willing to make things right that business is worth utilizing. Thank you Decatur Auto Wash. I appreciate your professionalism.

I went through the touchless wash and the drive thru stopped working before I drove through. My car was partially wet and couldn't get the drive thru to start back up. To fix the problem, he gave me some tokens so I can wash my car in one of the bays. He gave me more than enough tokens to wash and dry the car. He also offered to give me tokens for the vacuums, but I had already cleaned the interior. This is the only car wash I will go to. Thanks for all of your help.

This is THE best self serve car wash in the city. Clean, all equipment functions properly. You get plenty of soap. Best of all, you can use your credit card and that makes this wash even better. I highly recommend it.
