Shame on CVS poor management for closing CVS on W Ann and Rio Vista.
Might be switching it up to Wallgreens

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service my wife and I received at the CVS store on 4755 W. Ann Rd. During my recent visit, I was assisted by Tony, who truly went above and beyond to help us.
From the moment I walked in, Tony, greeted us with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. Bery cheerful personality made the entire shopping experience pleasant and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Tony exemplifies this quality. His dedication and positive attitude is the main reasons I choose to shop at this particular CVS store. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and look forward to my future visits.

I ordered online for pickup at this store. It was my first visit here. Stire ooens at 10am. It was easy to find it at the corner of W Ann Road and N Decatur. Ample parking with handicap access and parking. The entrance doors are automatic which is great. Neat, clean and organized inside. There was no line at pickup. The service rep was friendly and helpful. He found my package right away.

They gave me some the wrong medicine, and when I called the pharmacy said it was sent to Lake Mead and hung up. I had more questions on why this happened and why they gave them They wrong medicine if the medicine prescribed by the doctor went to another Pharmacy.

This is my pharmacy but it was my first time that the pharmacist raised her voice at me. I was getting my prescribed meds from my Nurse Practitioner but the pharmacist refused to give it to me because she said the name of the NP was not included on the prescript paper. I explained to her that the NP is new that is why she just signed it. But I understood about that but the pharmacist was rude with high voice. I told her, it's okay I will talk to the NP and I'll be back.

As soon as I came in the store, I was greeted by the employees! It is a warm, welcome, friendly spot!! Since I have been having problems with my ears, I decided to come and get them checked. The doctor today was amazing. Will definitely be coming back today. I saw Dr. Jones, he was better than amazing! I felt comfortable, he did everything to do. It was wonderful and this has always been a nice CVS spot, and I will continue to come back. Keep up the great work. Love it.

I always have issues with this pharmacy. They only ever have 1 person working at a time when I go in. When I call, I always have to call twice. I wait on hold, they answer then hang up, and I have to call in again. This last time I waited for 20 minutes on hold when they hung up on me. If I didn't have to use this location I wouldn't.

I tried calling them 15 min before they closed to see if a very important prescription was ready that honestly couldn't wait till the next day and they hung up on me instead. Look I get it, people have a long day and can't wait to get off work, but with a job like this that's no excuse. I can see a restaurant or bar doing this but not a pharmacy. I wish I can put negative stars on this location never returning
