Every time I call, no answer. Whenever I walk inside NO ONE is around. No one at the front, no one at the door, no one at photo. Literally not a soul. After 2 or 3 photo orders I don't know why I keep trying this location hoping it will get better.

There’s no option to speak to anyone at the store anymore. I’ve been trying to get my prescription filled for weeks. It’s out of stock so they said they’d call me or change the status to “filled” when they got stock. That was over 2 weeks ago. They also never call you back when you leave a message. Ready to switch my pharmacy.

Just shops here today. The gentleman by the name of Chris who is the front desk manager was so immensely helpful. Definitely love this store and how helpful the employees are here.

Charlene ( I hope that's how its spelt) went above and beyond to find me my hair color brand and color #. It was out of stock on the shelf and she went and found it in the back stock and then help me check out. She also made sure I used my CVs card. What a Doll. True customer service with a smile. I hope she's still there when I come in next month for my hair color purchase 😊

Today I was in CVS pharmacy located in Ann Rd and Decatur Blvd . I was having a issue with the medication out stock however the Manger store Daniel help me to get the medication and was so respectful and professional. Totally recommend the store and the staff of the store and pharmacy.

For some reason, this location doesn’t answer the phone anymore. So when I have a minute to call that’s good for me, I have to leave a message and they call me back when it’s inconvenient for me and aren’t courteous enough to leave a message! Then I was informed that the Dr sending in the RX isn’t good enough to fill the RX, I have to call and say “please fill it.” I’ve NEVER had that before the case. Since when does the pharmacy not fill a RX when a Dr sends it in, and waits for the patient to call for it? 😠When I did finally get to talk to someone, I explained I was frustrated and they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence that I’m frustrated with the situation and not that person necessarily. I try to be courteous but I can’t stand it when someone hangs up on me. Very irritated right now.

If it were possible to give ZERO stars i would. The pharmacy RIPPED ME OFF, they told me my discount had been applied to my Rx's when in fact they were NOT. I was charged $58 for an Rx that should have been $12. When i went back to get this fixed they would not do so.

I waited 22 minutes for someone to come open the allergy medicine case. Had to click on multiple service call buttons for someone to finally come. When she brings me to the register she tells me to wait cause another customer was waiting there. I said well I was waiting for over 20 minutes. I grabbed my stuff and rang myself up at self checkout. What lazy people they have working there it's insane. It used to be good. BTW I work next door.

LIVID at this location. I made an appointment , got the notification to Pre-Checkin for a Covid test. Upon completion of Pre-Checkin the site states there may be a fee associated with the visit and asks if you’re paying through insurance , out of pocket, or a voucher, I select out of pocket. It DOES NOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH THE FEE IS. So I call CVS pharmacy and it automatically sends me to a voicemail there’s NO option to speak to a representative. So I leave a voicemail stating the reason for my visit and I wanted inquire about the cost. A woman calls me back and verbatim she says “So we’re not the minute clinic and they don’t have an extension to transfer you , they’re here, but they’re not here, they’re next door all I know is that it’s not free anymore I just don’t know how much the Covid test costs , but it’s not free. SHE LITERALLY GAVE ME THE SAME INFO I ALREADY KNEW. So then I google the direct phone number to the minute clinic, this time it’s connecting me to a live person… or so I thought. I was able to brush me teeth, put on deodorant, change my clothes , get gas, AND ARRIVE to the location and I was still on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. So I find the minute clinic in the back of the store and I kid you not , the pharmacy and clinic are RIGHT beside eachother. It would’ve taken that woman NO TIME to simply get up , and walk over to the clinic and ask “Hey how much are Covid tests for out of pocket patience” . So a man comes out front as there is no one upfront to greet you upon arrival so I’m just standing there looking lost. The man asks me if I have an appointment and I say yes today for 12:50 , he asks if I’ve checked In, I respond no and I show him my phone that I’d been waiting for someone to answer for almost an hour to find out the cost for the Covid test. He says “Oh sorry it’s $250” I said “you can cancel it “ and walked out. Mind you as I’m walking out I’m STILL on hold for someone to answer the phone. I don’t know who’s managing this place but they need to do better and train their employees to provide better service.

Ridiculous lines inside and outside drive.
The staff is working hard just not enough of staff.
Shame on CVS poor management for closing CVS on W Ann and Rio Vista.
Might be switching it up to Wallgreens

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service my wife and I received at the CVS store on 4755 W. Ann Rd. During my recent visit, I was assisted by Tony, who truly went above and beyond to help us.
From the moment I walked in, Tony, greeted us with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. Bery cheerful personality made the entire shopping experience pleasant and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Tony exemplifies this quality. His dedication and positive attitude is the main reasons I choose to shop at this particular CVS store. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and look forward to my future visits.
