I will say this pharmacy has some minor problems, but it's NOT AS BAD AS WALGREENS ON N 5TH. I've been dealing with doctors and pharmacy constantly since I was 6yrs old. So I've had my fair share of experiences. And I will tell you right now I rather deal with this CVS than the Walgreens up the street. There's only a handful of staff at the Walgreens that actually cares and aren't rude/ disrespectful. The Male pharmacist (Rex)at Walgreens is very sweet, but the female one isn't. I'm just putting this review so people know about the Walgreens up the street.

Went to check out and was absolutely ignored!!! Forced to use self check out just to get my child medicine!!!! Staff is lazy and refuse to help customers!!!!!

This is literally the absolute worst pharmacy I ever dealt with. It is so slow. Just so so slow whether you come inside or go to the drive through...I almost wish they closed the drive through and added that one person in the front so at least inside you could get somewhat decent service.

Usually the staff at this pharmacy are patient and helpful. However yesterday the new pharmacist was incredibly rude. I asked for a consultation and one of the techs told her. The pharmacist walked over, did not greet me or anything, asked if I was allergic to that medication (that I had NEVER taken before) and when I said I don't know she just WALKED AWAY. That's not a consultation. So I told the tech I didn't actually talk to the pharmacist and the tech then walked me to the consultation window. The pharmacist came back and was impatient, rude, unhelpful, and flippant. I was not being rude or impatient so I have no idea why she was acting this way. I am not a number or an inconvenience, I am person suffering with sickness. I don't think it's crazy I want to be treated as a person when it comes to my physical wellbeing especially. CVS talk to this person and get her to do better or fire her, please.

Quite possibly the slowest pharmacy. Why does it take 20 minutes to give me a prescription that's already filled? In the drive thru? And why is there no sign on the one side stating it's drop off only?
Please do better.

1st, 2nd, and now 3rd visit were all disappointing. I tried twice to buy eye pencils both times they were out. EVERY TIME I come here it's very CREEPY. A recorded voice says something like they see me in the store and that I am being recorded. This time I try to buy nail glue. It's locked up. I hit a button for customer service and I know a girl saw me hit the button. Then that computer voice above announces that they have a customer in aisle whatever for assistance and NOBODY COMES TO HELP ME and MAKE THE SALE. SUPER CREEPY HERE and no need to shop here. I sure hope that the pharmacy is better.

I switched my pharmacist from Walgreens to cvs. Let me tell you, Walgreens had the worst customer service out there. They didn't even help you out if you had something. But this cvs is always in a great mood and friendly. They always try to help you out than being rude. This girl name Christina Castro was amazing helpful towards me and my mother. She went beyond for us. If I had the chance to be a ceo for cvs I would give her a raise. We need more people like her. She was amazing and wonderful.

Getting your prescriptions is painfully annoying since they take for ever. Slowest work speed ever. It shouldn't take over 30 min for 4 cars at the drive thru. Don't waste your time, choose a better location

I use this CVS on my way home from picking up or dropping off my kids at school. It's always quiet and calm, and there is a clerk who greets me every time.This store and being greeted gives a very warm, comforting feeling.Mercedes, in particular, was very helpful on my last visit with finding a picture order that a previous clerk couldn't find on an initial trip.

Jose in the pharmacy knows customer service. He routed my medication to a near by pharmacy because it was out of stock there. Thank you prioritizing my needs and putting me first.
