Worst pharmacy ever! They give you the go around about your prescriptions give you a deceiving order of things for you to run out of medication after the dosage has been changed so that you run out of pills before hand and then don’t want to run the fill the way they said they would in order to have you looking at the option of paying for medication instead of insurance, they now doubled on the laziness and lack of customer service that they not only stopped answering calls making it that you can only leave voicemails but with all the workers there they still also added to the list closing the drive thru making lots of us who struggle walking go inside to sometimes big lines to get our medication which while system shows they’re ready, they want you to wait a whole hour there to get them cause they’re not ready! Hope karma eats at them someday n are treated the way we are so they can feel the frustration they’re making us feel with their incompetence!

I was at the drive-thru with three customers in front but I didn't care because I was watching my soccer game for my cell phone so it was all good but I was only there for 10 minutes so it was good

The dark haired chick working by herself at the front counter was too consumed with texting on her damn phone that she didn't look me in the eyes and was tryna rush me out the door to get back to texting... which she continued to do in the middle of the transaction...
I'm done dealing with rude employees in this store... I won't be back here anymore.

The supervisor there last night was very unprofessional, very rude made me feel very uncomfortable.. I see bullying and intimidation will get you far with CVS company. I felt really embarrassed & bad for the employee being called an idiot by his own supervisor in front of customers so unprofessional, so rude and just quite disgusting I suggest CVS hire a new manager/supervisor also invest in quality training.

It is the worst place to bring a prescription, the pharmacy staff does not have your medication on time, they make you wait longer than they tell you, for your prescription to be ready, that is a very bad thing, they do not have seriousness in their work, it confuses them that it is like this. establishment

Terrible customer service! My prescriptions were not covered by my insurance so I requested that my prescription get transferred to a different pharmacy. This pharmacist that spoke to me was so rude and unwilling to help, despite me providing the phone number and address of the new pharmacy. Then to find out she never even transferred my prescription to the new pharmacy. I tried calling back and asked to speak to a manager but I was placed on hold and they kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. It seemed as ifthey were just waiting to see if I had hung up yet.

This review is for CVS itself, not the staff, who are all awesome as far as I can tell. I've been coming here about a year to get my monthly migraine script. Staff is friendly and kind but the pharmacy itself is so severely understaffed it's painful to watch. I never know if my meds will be ready, even if the pharmacy texts me saying they're ready. If my prescription needs a prior auth (it often does) I can expect it to take extra weeks to get refilled. I come here for one of my three migraine meds due to a supply problem of my monthly injection at a different pharmacy. So I come in here monthly, watch the staff struggle, and expect not to have my script filled on time. Go home. Cry. Repeat the next day until resolved. Sometimes I have to bring a printout of the CVS request to the doctor, and then the doctors approval for the prior authorization to the CVS for this process to complete. All of this is difficult to do as, without my migraine medication, I have 18 migraine days a month. The longer I go without the medication, the stronger and more frequent the migraines are. Driving with a migraine is painful, disorienting, and generally dangerous, but if I don't do it, I can't get my meds. And unfortunately this seems to be the only pharmacy that can fill my script, per my doctor.

Just called and was greeting by, "Yes"Told the person what i needed, she took my info and said call back later we might have it.... extremely unprofessional, like not even normal talk just dry and careless....

Service is bad. Always out and short handed. Will wait at least 30 min drive thru pharmacy. The techs are nice
