This daycare is a total disaster when it comes to handling toddlers! They can't seem to grasp the basic mental and physical skills needed to care for young children. It's like they've never heard of patience or understanding that each child is unique and requires individual attention. Save yourself the trouble and avoid sending your child here if you actually want them to learn and grow.On top of that, my kid has been attending this place since he was just a year old, and now at 3, he's had so many different teachers that it's messing with his behavior in the classroom. If you're a military parent, especially a single one, steer clear of this place! They'll kick your child out without warning, leaving you to deal with the fallout and explaining this issue to your chain of command. It's a nightmare! It’s only 1star because there where good teachers in the past but this facility has run them away

Overall, this place is difficult to work with. Especially if you take your kids on Mondays and Fridays. When they have closures on those days, they will refuse to work with you on alternate days. They hide behind their contract and wash their hands of responsibility to be decent people who don't value money over the children they allegedly care for. Some of the staff in the rooms with the kiddos are good, hence the 2 stars. Don't use Creative Kids.

Prices are horrendous. They have surcharges for everything. There is a convenience fee for every type of payment other than automatic drafting from your account. They do not take cash. They take money orders and still charge a fee for using those. They charge a fee if you store extra diapers at the facility. Lunch is not provided. In 18 years of accessing child care in California and Las Vegas, I have never experienced such robbery and the tuition is already on the high side. The summer program activities were very basic and I was then charged a field trip fee of $3.00. None of these fees were disclosed at enrollment.

We really enjoyed our experience with Creative Kids! My daughter went here starting when she was 2 years old and up until about 3.5, when we moved to another state for work. She loved all of her teachers and they were always so friendly and excited to see her. We were amazed that she would come home and start reciting the ABCs, singing new songs we never taught her, and telling us fun stories about her friends at school. It was clear that this daycare was crucial for her development, both socially and educationally. They would play outside on the fun playgrounds or in their indoor sand castle area daily. They also had regular events, like a Halloween trick or treat night and Valentine's themed family day - this was often our only social experience since we don't have family in the area, and it was a great way to meet other families! One of the best parts of this daycare center was the app they used - there was constant camera access so I could always look in and see how she was doing while I was at work. They took pictures and videos often and would send them to me through the app, and they also took note of what she ate, how much she ate, and when she used the potty. Her first poo on the potty was actually while she was here! Haha so I owe them big for that.I am a typical overly-anxious mom and I can truly say that I felt my child was safe and well cared for at this center. The Director, Julie, was always open to feedback and easy to reach. I will miss Creative Kids and wish we lived in Vegas longer to start sending my baby there, too. Ugh, writing this review makes me really miss them.

Man. I feel heavy as I wanted to like this center. Upon first walking in it does look like somewhere that's very fun for a child to play. The smell is a bit off today but it is a daycare center so you kind of expect some level of uncleanliness I guess. The first person that we ran into did seem nice but the second lady who came to the front didn't greet us or acknowledge us at all. She just came up and started working. Where I come from I am used to seeing daycare and childcare center employees normally upbeat and welcoming. During the brief tour we went through the two classrooms my baby would possibly be in. Then we went outside. That's where things quickly changed. They have multiple playgrounds and that's cool. The little babies saddened me. The toddlers all had runny noses and boogies all over their faces. Like the whole class. One of the little ones got left in the other playground. Two of the workers actually got into a big argument, in front of everyone. It was totally unprofessional, and definitely created a lot of tension. For me and my family it was a no. It was really not a good experience, and I had high hopes.I know good employees are hard to come buy, but it seems better to my thought process not to fill the classrooms if the aids are inconsistent or they're understaffed. I wish we could have had a better experience!

My daughter got head injury it was happened last med December under Creative kids care located by Deer Spring north Las Vegas and until now she still complaining that her head is hurt, she have bruises around of her eyes. This is really stressing me so bad. I ask to the school leader to see the video tape recorder of the incident and she said the creator is refusing to release the video tape recorded of the incident..This daycare should not accept so many kids if they can't accommodates the safety of the kids

My kid had her hair ripped out, she was punched and bitten in the face. Nothing was done because the boy was related to an employee. The teachers were also beaten daily. The teachers were pulled constantly to take the older kids to school. They left my toddler who is potty trained in a diaper so that they didn’t have to take her to the bathroom. This daycare was so expensive but treated my baby with zero care. This is why women starve to stay at home with their children instead of sending them to a daycare.

after reading some of the review I personally agree with most of them. My child was so excited to go to this place she wake up so early and got ready for her day one she couldn't wait to get to school on day one she got hurt and no one notify me I told my husband I should say something he said no it's ok it's kids she be fine that was day one same thing again day Two and the rest of the weeks and I am watching her from the camera she don't eat nothing from her lunch and they text me saying she eats all her lunch and drink her milk same things and I signed her no napping they force her to sleep and my 4 yrs old daughter keep telling them my mom singed my paper for no napping but they got mad at her and told her she need to shut up and sleep Bcz she may wake up other kids and I am watching everything on the camera try to find the school number to call them plz don't put her to sleep Bcz she will freak out it take them for a while until the get her out of the room so my baby was freaked out Bcz she wasn't prepare for all of this than she goes to a different class the she cry. the teacher telling her stop crying I can't give you tissue I don't know Wht else happend that day at the class and playground my baby traumatize since then she begging me she don't wanna go to this place anymore. she having nightmares from the teachers she start shaking when we talk about the school This incident happend over and over she was crying so bad she couldn't breath when I picked her up she couldnt catch her breath it's sad when u see ur child suffer like this a happy child now become so traumatized. The teacher was keep getting changed in the class hard to keep up with them and it's hard that no one seem to be care about it. Called a few times to check on her Bcz the camera system didn't work properly evry time I called I was told oh your child is wonderful she doing ok. But she wasn't she couldn't talk for a while when I pick her up that day from school she was just crying all day her Voice was changed due to been crying all day she still having nightmares she wakes up in the middle of the night crying and saying I only asked for a tissue I wish I could write everything in the review but I can't and not sure if someone will read this or night. The director she is nice but I am not for sure what kinda teacher they hire ? Not for sure if they have any teaching experience ? Or they getting any kinda of training or not? and I was told by one of the teacher please let the director know I take care of your baby my son is in the same class room so I can stay at the same class if u talk to her And it's funny Bcz her son was the one stop my daughter to slid by the door he was bullying her infront of me and her mom ( teacher ) she didn't say anything to him. it's sad I have to go and tell him it's ok we can share the slide. honestly don't no Wht else to say on this review I would like the friendly and welcoming environment this place is not my first interaction with the teacher before she start wasn't plaseant she wasn't looking while she was talking like she don't care at all my daughter was telling her I am gonna be in your class she didn't introduce or anything I told my husband he said it's ok she maybe tired or something but it's nice when you talk to someone and they acknowledge you and i don't think this people nice and safe for the kids not friendly at all. Sorry for the long review and thanks for reading I feel so bad why I choose this place for my child Bcz my daughter have a bad experience about school and I explain this before I signed up my daughter I told them about my brother when he had his bad experience while he was in preschool and told them I don't want that happend to my child but my child experince the worse.....

I visited 4 daycares in the same day. Although the people were nice, my nerves were still on fire considering leaving my daughter for the first time in 4 years. I came to Creative Kids with not much hope. I walked in. I was greeted by 3 smiling faces. I don’t recall the young man’s name but Amanda and Julie were immediately attentive and kind. I was immediately walked around the whole location, where everyone spoke and greeted with smiles. We walked into a class and the smell of sanitation was relieving to say the least! My daughters pre-k teacher Miss Cap drew her in immediately with conversation and made us feel so comfortable. My daughter was allowed to visit with another class while I went over some paperwork and when I say they took her in as one of her own! She was about to take a nap with the other kids and everything which my daughter NEVER does! You could tell I loved it and when my daughter started to cry because we had to leave, she was pulled aside and explained that they had to get everything ready for her before she could come. She said OK and we made an easy exit. I never write reviews but I know people write when they are upset, but I really think this is a place to give a chance! They eased my worries and are making this process so much easier than I expected!

This is a terrible daycare. I have taken my children to several creative kids locations and by far this is the worst. The staff is not professional, I have never even been introduced to my child’s teachers. The director Julie is incredibly disrespectful and abusive. They do not care about the well being of children. They violated rights of parents and children. I would not recommend this location at all. They run their daycare like a dictatorship and don’t even allow people inside.

BEWARE:::::::I enrolled my grandson in the half day program(Mornings) The first day I dropped him off with no problems…when i came to pick him up at 1pm,I rang the bell and it took quite a while for someone to come to the door..finally a staff member came to the door i told her my grandsons name (No one can come in do to covid restrictions) a few minutes later she brought a little girl about 6 years old out, let her come out through the locked door and stand with me on the sidewalk, The staff member was going to shut the door when I asked where IS this little girls parents and WHERE IS MY GRANDSON????? she looked at me confused and said isn’t she who you are picking up?? NOOOOOOOO she is Not!!!! This poor little girl didn’t say a word she was terrified…once the little girl was back inside, and i had the right child…i was horrified!! I spoke to the director and she was very apologetic….but NO way do i feel my grandson is in a safe environment…i unenrolled him the same day

I was extremely apprehensive about taking my toddler to daycare. Coming out of a pandemic, and returning to the workforce after being home with my son for a year and a half, had me concerned about leaving him with anyone. After a month of him going to Creative Kids of North Las Vegas I have nothing but good things to say. Ms. Kat, Ms. Sam, Ms. Rebecca, and the rest of the staff have been wonderful with my son. He is happy to go to "school" and see his teachers and his friends. He has even been more adventurous with the foods he'll try thanks to the variety of foods they are introducing in their weekly menus. Thank you for making this a happy and healthy transition for our family!

It's very disheartening to think that there are parents who feel that they are being abused or that the children are being abused because they are asked to follow infection control guidelines during a pandemic. I can only speak for myself and my experience with this facility. I feel that my 5yr old and 16 month old are as safe as they can be, given the circumstances. My husband and I are essential workers and we are thankful for the peace of mind we have knowing that are children are taken care of by people who actually care. Pre-COVID we've had nothing but great experiences with this school. Now, in this time of uncertainty, they are a solid "normal" for us and the kids. Please don't let one review from someone who clearly has issues with understanding the severity of what we are living through right now, deter you from giving Creative Kids a chance. My girls are happy and healthy...what else can we ask for?!Be well and stay safe!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are abusive to children and parents as well. They have violated the laws. They are doing nothing but harming children restricting their air.Funny that the director of creative kids who treated myself and family so poorly found this review funny. Just shows the type of person in charge of your child. Instead of addressing concerns she is a bully. I'll be speaking to the district manager tomorrow and getting everything sorted. It's frightening to take your child to a place where you don't even know what individuals taking care of them look like and they don't even wear name tags or introduce themselves.
