I stop and try buy $58 and you get 10 off from your credit card from cosmo and 3% off for using your cosmo credit card the manager Jennifer need more training she did the same transaction 3 times manual and the last time doing my transaction said paid cash I pull my cash I ask why if we using my credit card from here but it’s ok I paid you cash and she cancel the transaction and said it’s not the amount i need to give you the regular price I don’t know why and it’s more money from the las 3 transactions from before I got mad buy only one product and walk away total 4 transactions when the cashier tell Jennifer she have same problems yesterday with diferente customer about the 10off she tell me diferente amount all the time more money in the last one manager Jennifer need more better customer service and more training
