DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! They are falsely advertising pricing! I went to purchase a table and four chairs that was advertised at $679. I wanted an additional two chairs at $105 each. Plus $200 for delivery. The salesperson then gave me a total of $1500 plus (even with tax it did not add up). When I asked where the extra cost was coming from, salesperson stated he didn’t know and would have to speak to the manager. They came to the “conclusion” someone wrote the wrong price. Even after speaking to the manager and making them aware that they had to sell it at that price even if was a mistake, they refused to sell it. Bad business practice. Do not recommend to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would even though it was their fault for bringing broke furniture, this is the part that really got me the worst! They charged me for a table and chairs and didn’t never try to deliver it!

If we could give this place a big FAT ZERO, we would. I witness my son-in-law being disrespected in many levels when he called them. This place should be SHUT DOWN until further training. Those two bad apples should not work in customer service at all, nevertheless in sales. The women who answered the called at 3:26pm and male who answered at 3:30pm are John Doe’s (no names and refused to identify themselves). I wish that women who had the audacity to curse him over the phone and state well call corporate did that to my face. Y’all should be ashamed of how y’all conduct business! The manager was NEVER AVAILABLE when trying to get a hold off. Will avoid and I highly recommend anyone to go elsewhere unless you want to get treated or talked too a certain way.. Also phone etiquette means answering the calls professionally and identifying yourself. We just got off the phone with corporate as the women told us to do so, they indeed stated that when a customer is calling your establishment you should identify yourself! Rude rude rude and terrible customer service overall!!! AVOID!!!

rip off way over prices for they way it's cheaply made bought the insurance, and was denied because of a quarter size stain but that had nothing to do with the mattress collapsing there's a layer of foam on top and bottom glued by a wall of foam around the perimeter with weak spring more of a hollow center well the glue after 6 months became unglued to each other foam pieces causing it to collapse push the side walls out when you lay on it and feel like your rolling off the bed and was refused the warranty/insurance that I purchased seperate never again will I buy from this place after a 3000.00 purchase just to be denied warranty. beware of this company and their extra warranty it would have been an easy fix for them but they chose not to take care of their customers after the purchase .I'll post pictures soon
