Going inside hasn’t been bad, BUT PLEASE FIX YOUR ATM MACHINES… an accurate percentage is about 70 percent of the time they can’t accept cash deposits. I can’t even give you my money lmao

On 09/12/2023 in the afternoon I went to this chase bank branch to pay off a charge back that I had after four different employees together including the assistant & branch manager’s couldn’t figure out how to take care of this matter without looking up in the products and procedures after made me wait more than an hour the branch mgr told the teller to give me a 1800 number to call for they couldn’t help me out so I was very disappointed but left without letting them know that I used to be a Relationship Banker for JPMorgan Chase Bank in the past and I knew how to take care of this problem which they all didn’t even bother looking up in the system that payment need to be sent out with a gift card which will have the amount of charge back to the department where it gets processed. But in the end the branch mgr just told the teller to give me the 1800 number to call because they had no idea how to take the payment in. The Branch Mgr didn’t even looked up to the product procedure to even learn about it to help me out. She just sent me out to get rid off me instead of helping me. I wonder how these people get their job with this kind of attitude towards a customer and being ignorant, refused to even try to resolve my problem. I am looking for the district mgr’s contact info so I could relay this situation. By the way this branch is located at Camino Al Norte by Smith’s shopping Center.

Just came out of Chase Bank at the Camino al Norte branch. The customer service was so horrible I will be closing all of my accounts.

I was helping my elderly Mother open a bank account and the man Isaac Salazar "helping" us wouldn't let me help my Mom with the computer which she doesn't know how to use. He was incredibly rude and incompetent. We were just about to walk out, but we had so much to do this day that we didn't have time. He wouldn't let me help her with anything making my Mom scared and anxiety ridden. If opening am account stay clear of this guy. Very cold and nasty attotude!

They never answer their phone! You need appointment to speak to a banker. When you go online to make an appointment everything is booked.

This location here I do like and what I like about it is at all hours, safely being able to use the ATM machine. The bank has a door after hours on foot where entry to the ATM is granted by using any valid debit/ATM card. Plus, when withdrawing a sizeable amount of cash, the ATM just inside the front door lets you choose how you want your cash. etc. $100 (1) $5(1) 10s, 20s, 50s

No one knows what they're doing here. My roommate was cashing in some bonds, they told us to leave the line and fill out the backs, so we did. Got back in line, a new person said we had to add her social, and to put it on a line. First person didn't say that, but ok, let's get out of line again. Back into line, we're told that the third cashier is new and doesn't know how to use bonds.This place is a joke, I don't mind if we messed something up, but when we do what we're told and then we're told it's wrong or incomplete and need to leave the line AGAIN and start over, it's ridiculous.Train your people or close down.Sadly, this isn't the first bad experience I've had here, but it was on the way and over a year later, so I figured we'd try again. No more, these experiences are going to make us change banks.

This bank is as slow as molasses. Sitting in the drive up for 25 minutes is totally inexcusable. Just shut this branch down since it can't operate at a normal pace.

Malik was nice. Had to make an appointment to open an account. Customer service to open accounts isn't what it use to be. Unfortunate.
