This company post jobs ads and claimed to be recruiting but it was a whole different process once the application was sent in. If you call the recruiting department you’ll get a message telling you the minor requirements in order to drive for the company. Well i exceed all of the requirements, long story short i spoke to a Recruiter on 9/26 and was told they would send my application to the terminal manger where I’m located at. The following day i decided to speak with the terminal manger and he hadn’t received anything from the recruiter. They finally sent over my profile, they needed me to make a few changes to my work history and i did that. The terminal manager interviewed me and told me what shifts he had available and the pay scale i would receive because of my experience. After that i spoke with the regional manager and he asked about my previous experiences and why i was leaving my current job at that time. Long story short they both approved and said safety had the last say so. What has me confused is, they sent me to take a DOT physical and to get a new medical card just to tell me that safety doesn’t want to move forward with me. I spoke with recruiting the next day and all of a sudden they had all positions filled but prior to that conversation i was told they needed drivers. Which one is it? I have a clean MVR, no points on my CDL, no dui’s. I also have experience so I’m just trying to figure out if they’re fabricating or looking for a certain demographic when it comes to this company. I’m tired of these companies getting away with things like this, you have staff recruiting drivers who don’t have a cdl themselves make it make sense.

Charged extra “appointment fee” for showing up on their own scheduled time. Shipment was over a week late arriving. We won’t be using them ever again.

If given the option we would be giving them 0 stars. This company is terrible. They have damaged multiple shipments which cost us a delay in jobs and the loss of a client. When we were given a quote for shipment the bill was higher than we were quoted and when we called to question this charge they then tried to charge us additional late charges while they were investigating. This company provides terrible customer service, they damage your shipments and do not deliver on the agreements they set forth. Be aware and read the fine print as well we lost over $400 in a damaged shipment when they only covered the claim for $60. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!
