Last night I called Candi's Beauty Supply to inquire about a certain type of weaving hair but found out they don't carry it. The owner told me if I needed it.......she would order it for me. Instead .....she sent me what she had in stock over the phone and I will be going there today to buy my item. Ms. Yolanda was very nice and assertive. I look forward to meeting her today.

Love going to Candi’s Beauty Supply! It’s a quick one stop shop! Honestly, the super big stores can overwhelm me.If there’s a product you need & they don’t have it, they’ll order it. The staff makes great recommendations. And if I need to choose between a Black owned business or someplace else, I’m shopping at Candi’s every time. Excited to try a new edge control!

I use to love coming here being that it’s black owner. However my husband went in and got some lock and twist gel that was marked 5.49. When he paid it came up to 6.99 and I told him to take it back and get your change. He then went to the store and went to the product and it was marked 3 different prices 4.99, 5.49, and another price. Was told yea I went up on the price! My thing is that’s fine but update the prices on your product! I’ve been in this area 3+ years and been there over 10 times! I will not be back! Also it’s not what you say but how you say it!

The owner, Yolanda welcomed me at the door. I told her about the dilemma I had and she assisted me quickly. She had what I needed and I told her I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this business.

This place is giving prejudice. Ian refused to help me and sat on his phone instead (the photo is a screenshot of a video because he was sittting there for that long) . If I was white or Hispanic like him I’m sure he would’ve helped me. Then an Asian man came out and he started laughing and co-signing the terrible customer service. They both refused to provide me with an owner or managers contact information Because they know what they did was unacceptable.
