I went to this location around 930am, shopped around, then took my items to the dressing room only to be told that it was closed for an hour, and the reason given was that “someone needs to put away all these clothes.” There were so many clothes—about enough for at least 2 days, in my opinion. It’s also my opinion that those clothes should’ve been put away the night before and should not have cost me my opportunity to try on and purchase clothes in that moment. Very disappointing.

Love it great prices & every kind of products but the lines are so long & time consuming I left no patience also ppl can only enter 1 door with 2 guys standing like guards makes me feel unsafe limited existing from store.

Bad service, it is ordered to make a long queue just to check the pressure of a product that they have without price because those who are ordering do not know the prices, only the cashiers that we think.

They have a huge selection of items. The prices are great. The store is dirty so they need to do a heavy duty cleaning!

Burlington has a lot of variety, and prices are convenient, but its biggest issue is customer service, not because they're rude or disrespectful but because they only have 2 to 3 cashiers helping customers and when one of them has to go to break than only 2 are left. So, if you are there, then expect a waiting time from 20 minutes to 45 minutes to check out.

Burlington Coat Factory provides excellent value for the price, but suffers from poor management, often resulting in long checkout lines; introducing self-checkout options or staffing more than one checkout person, especially when the wait can exceed 30 minutes, could significantly improve the shopping experience.
The entrance and exit setup is unconventional, giving the impression that the store prioritizes security measures to prevent shoplifting, which unfortunately contributes to an unwelcoming atmosphere that can feel reminiscent of a less affluent area.

I have been shopping at this store for a while and I have never had such a horrible experience. I had a cashier named Anali at register six. Not only did she not greet us, she continued to talk to the guy standing at the checkout behind her and never even bothered to tell me my total just stood there staring at me until I told her to put in my number in which she couldn't do because she was so busy talking to everyone else. After I paid she proceeded to put my receipt on the counter and my bag on top of it until I told her to put it in the bag and even then she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. I was there 3/30/24 at 5:48pm I would highly suggest someone get her away from customers if she doesn't understand how customer service works.
