Arrived at 0810 for a 0900 appt. Was immediately given door 2. Took paperwork to door by dock 1 was advised on green light could pull up and slide tandems and close doors they would bring paperwork out. They opened door 3 handed paperwork to me. In and out in about 2.5 hrs. They do have about 10 parking spots. Entrance for trucks is off Colton. They won't let drivers use restroom and they don't have Porta John's..

They open at 4am. The appointment time doesn’t matter here. The staging parking is for 48ft trucks so if got 53ft then good luck. There is no restroom for DRIVERS (3rd class citizens).

People who work here are extremely rude and confrontational, lack communication skills, and are just unprofessional in general. Obviously, they are very unhappy with their lives. Im glad my professional dealings with this place were short-lived.

They do not let truck drivers use the restroom, and they do not have porter pottys either. Lady at receiving said, "You're a truck driver! Do what you usually do!". ?
