Horrible company they are the absolute worst, it's sad how their costumer service treats its costumer's, you are better off going to mint mobile, thier costumer service is know for leaving you on hold till the time they close, and they are known for hanging up on you, they are a trash company they should be shut down

This store I went to is the only one that actually knew how to help me but still there Is issues with Boost mobile many stores are closed and I had to go nearly 10 miles from my home customer service by phone needs to be improved awful I've been told by multiple service reps thst because of new system takeover issues should be resolved soon?

worst service i have gotten anywhere in years . i have been customer for 10+ years my phone starts acting up went in was told it is the change over to T-mobile ok what is the answer he tried to sell me a phone that was the same as i have (not 5G ) so i called that guy said i need a 5G sim card to order one and call back to get it activated i did that guy said its not compatible you need a phone and that sim card will work ok i went online to order the phone they won't sell because my billing address is a POBox they don't ship to POBoxes or to my house because it's not my billing address . keep in mind i have been paying my bill with the same card and same billing address for over 10 years . they said they have different polices from billing for payment . so i have to change phone companies they refuse to give my payment back even though its been not working right before it was due . don't use this company it is vary vary bad the stores try to sell you things that won't work and they know it just to get rid of the old phones and the customer service will tell you sorry a hundred times but not help because of police
