Had to get in line and get help from the cashier regarding purchasing furniture. Was eventually helped. Gentleman who was the furniture consultant was very kind and provided great assistance. Very chatty.

Horrible I went Saturday June 1st and there were no shopping carts. The store wasn't even full. A lot of people were left without a cart

Don't go to this Big Lots because Joe your "furniture manager" is "not in the mood to answer any fucking questions". At least that's what he told me word for word. I've reported him to corporate. I hope your day gets better Joe.

In general I have stopped going to Big Lots. I have found the quality and value has declined.
I made an exception this time because it was the only place I could find a Snapple that my family likes.
I ordered online for curbside pickup.
Part of my order was canceled because amounts listed available were not correct.
I pull up and follow the directions to call, press #4 and tell them I have arrived. The phone either rang endlessly or just hung up on me. I finally called the mainline. I was told they don't have enough people to do curbside and if I wanted pick up I had to come in.
Dragging my 2 young daughters out of the car I then had to stand in line with everyone else to ask for my pick up. Holiday season and they only had 1 cashier working.
I won't be shopping here again. For those that do shop here. Just know, you probably can't get curbside and prepare to wait.

I came in oct 1st with my bf and usually its a amazing experience but literally got to say the customer service was not it - the register ladies were not the nicest. That is all…. Especially that nasty latina with dark hair whos sister i believe is the black and blonde haired lady.
