DAVID INNIS is really the man!
Went in to look at some mattresses and David was working. He took his time and explained the comfort, material, insides and importantly the price. We took out time on research and came back a few days later. We walked in, looked some more had our minds settled on one particular mattress but then bought a nicer one at a better price.

Walked in to Best Mattress today just to look around for a new mattress & ended up having one of the best customer service experiences in such a long time. We were helped by Dan, & honestly he’s probably one of the best salesman my husband & I have ever met. He was very knowledgeable in all the different types of mattresses & he made us feel very comfortable. He has such a welcoming personality/attitude & if I were to recommend friends & family to best mattress it would definitely be directly to Dan. He offered us so many great deals & we ended up purchasing 4 things in total & for a total that didn’t not hurt our pockets as much as other places would. We had a 5 star experience thanks to Dan. Absolutely amazing.

Just got my new mattress and pillow set. A1 service all the way. Dan (the mattress man) was the only reason I bought it same day, I usually wait a day before any big purchase but the guy’s a hell of a salesman ????????.

I am a 100% Disabled Veteran I purchased a king size I comfort mattress and adjustable base from Best mattress store @ 2575 East Craig Road, North Las Vegas Nevada 89030 in sept of 2013 because I was involved in an automotive accident and i had injuries to my back, shoulders and my neck and the salesman stated that it would be a good purchase because the mattress came with a 25 year warranty and the company stands by the products they sell I spent approximately $ 3500.00. Fast forward to 2022 and every night that i slept on my bed i wake up in so excruciating pain so I call the store and explain that I was having problems with the bed and the salesman tells me that my bed did not have a 25 year warranty and he gave me an individual name Dana for warranties it took her 2 weeks to call me and she stated that someone would be coming out to inspect my bed. approx a week later a gentleman came out and looked at and pressed on my bed with his hands and he had a circular item I guess he used he was her approx 5 minutes or less and he gave me a sheet of paper stating that he was here. I received a letter stating that Best Mattress does not offer any warranty of any kind on my Mattress set. and that comfort is not covered under the terms of my warranty. Then why have a warranty I guarantee I will never buy anything from this store again and please be aware that if you spend your hard earned money on an item from this store and you have problems :remember comfort is not covered under the terms of your warranty: Just curious shouldn't you measure the bed with someone on the bed to see if there was a problem? And I guess what they are saying is once your 30 or 90 days have passed they don't give a damn about you or your bed or that's the impression I got, just be aware!.
