No matter how many times you report that the customer service is POOR here, NOTHING gets done. The same RUDE KIDS work here. No one will ever help you. All they ever say is "I don't know, you will have to look yourself. " I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance. It is so sad how the owner let his rude staff treat people so poorly when they are spending their hard working money in this place. I REFUSE to even drop a penny on the floor of this place.

Horrible place don’t waste your money. They have stupid people at the register who will charge you for things that you don’t ask for and the ladies know nothing about hair to help you. This is not the first time I’ve done this. This is the second time it’s happened and I will never be going back until they can hire people who actually know what they’re doing

It's is 7.30 and the store is closed. I'm not sure what is going on but this store is a nightmare. People smelling like weed at work and now they closing at 7.30. Some older lady with braids light eyes with a band attitude at the door.

Hard to get help, very immature disrespectful staff. I would think for the price of this merchandise they would at least have a warm welcoming environment. I absolutely prepare myself to HELP MYSELF whenever I go into this location. Refraining from asking for help by all means cause these young people they have employed need some serious training.

I was at the store to get some hair clips extensions, and while I was there, I went to the section apparently closed. But there was no sign. When this employee approached me asking how do I get in that section, I told her I'm sorry. She still told me that I'm not supposed to. She was very rude. I told her what I was looking for, and she said what I need was in this section, but I need someone to take me there. All the employees were at the cash register, and nobody was helping until I got in the closed area. I just felt like walking out and not buying anything.3/30/24 @ 10 am

They didn't deserve the one star. This store has made it a practice to play vulgar, explicit, profane, sexual, violent, uncut and uncensored music . When I addressed the last time I was there , the manager did not care . This time when two of us was complaining a lady switched the station. Surely there are business codes of ethics that protect the customer from this filth. fortunately, I was alone. I wouldn't dare expose my kids to this environment, , not even a dog needs to be tormented by it.

a person who speaks Spanish very well, but apart from that he is very friendly, except that he is in the administration and not in the store but luckily he came down and was able to help me, thank you!!!

i don’t know what kind of low vibrational degenerate ghetto beings y’all be hiring up there but y’all need to do better … walked in WASN'T EVEN GREETED just immediately said “we only accept card” .. OKAY! i shook my head okay and one of the lil broads in the back going to say “damn she couldnt say hi” like why would i to a bunch of rude scums??? such a waste of air and space people like them make everybody’s life harder and it sucks to say we have people like that on this earth . Society will be a lot better without those 3 Worthless i wont even call a WOMAN. Hope they understand what a horrible being they are and they should do the world a favor !!
