I ended up needing 2 batteries in my mercedes benz s550 and Fernando installs both batteries for me and 1 of the batteries is in my trunk and very hard to get to, he did it anyways. I truly appreciate his customer service, he goes out of his way to help you ! I've been going to him for over 5 years now and I won't ever go back to autozone !”

“I have a diesel which requires two batteries. I called the first location and they only had 1 but informed me of another location that had the two I needed. I called to verify. Purchase was easy and the employee uninstalled the new batteries and in I talked the new ones fast. The durracell batteries I got also have a 4 year warranty which is a year longer than most. The small strorefront nature of these stores makes them easy to get in and out.”
“I took off a star because the name when you Google is different from the name on the building (it is in Spanish) and if you are using driving directions you will easily get confused because it's a bit tricky to see the building in the 1st place, Also the name when you call that appears a bit different from the name you Google which can also be confusing. Other than that, they are helpful and fast.”

“I use an unusual house battery connected to my solar panels and inverter for my camper van. I initially went to another battery store in town and got referred to Batteries In a Flash. The person who referred me had great things to say about Batteries In a Flash so I decided to drive straight over there as I was getting ready to hit the road again. Not only did they have a battery that would work for me in stock (apparently someone had ordered it but never picked up), Avel quickly installed the new battery and took the old one away. Hassle free, no extra charge for removal and install - it certainly beats trying to install one myself which is what I'd previously done. They have the craziest selection of batteries in the store. Avel is extremely knowledgeable, highly recommend!”
