I use to buy from this place all my car batteries and regular batteries until now.I will never buy anything again from this place.They say they warranty batteries but when you take in a bad battery before the warranty is up they tell you to wait 2 or 3 days to check battery and they will let you know.So the battery that has a big bulge on the side and is totally dead takes 2 or 3 days to check .Come on thats ridiculous and now I can't get to work because have kids workimg there who have no clue but say not there problem.Well they lost my buisness and hope many more people I know .Just a heads up go buy your car batteries from auto zone.Only took them all of 5 minutes to tell me that the battery was no good and will need to replaced .

They sale you the old stuff, doesn’t work,
When you come return they said that stuff is not sold by them. I already file a complaint through the franchise coperate office, and still wait for them to solve in 3 days

Worker claimed to have part for my wife's phone but they could not change the location on our insurance claim. When we called with the insurance people on the line, the idiot working there told us she was in the middle of something and could have the part there by Thursday.

I have a diesel which requires two batteries. I called the first location and they only had 1 but informed me of another location that had the two I needed. I called to verify. Purchase was easy and the employee uninstalled the new batteries and in I talked the new ones fast. The durracell batteries I got also have a 4 year warranty which is a year longer than most. The small strorefront nature of these stores makes them easy to get in and out.

This store has a lot of good batteries and bulbs. I have found that they carry a large selection of watch batteries and that is very helpful to me when I am replacing batteries in watches.

$400 just to replace a broken screen on a Samsung S22 Ultra? I don't think so...If you have insurance on your phone, you're better off just getting it replaced.

I stopped at the business today to get a new vehicle key with a fob and to replace a fob battery. I called prior to coming to make sure that they would be able to provide the needed services. He said that he could, then I told him Aj was on my way. When I got there, I let him know I had previously called and he had the item ready for me. When he programmed my new fob, the new battery that was in it happened to be dead, he replaced and got the fob programmed. I also needed a flashlight and while I was looking at them, I chose one that was in stock, but it actually wasn’t the one I wanted. When the technician started ringing up my purchases, he asked me was that the flashlight that I wanted. I told him no and I showed him the one I did want and he went to the back and got it for me. I was at the store probably about 20 minutes, he received numerous calls from other customers while I was there. However, he remained very professional and I appreciate that. He went above and beyond to provide good customer service. I will definitely visit this store again in the future.
