I played almost 200 at a machine and not one cocktail server. If you come here go straight to a bar or you will not be served. Literally as I post this the first time a saw a waitress. I wish I could give a zero star

This is regarding the cafe and the hotel. The restaurant(FARM) is an absolute disaster. The server never checked on our party. We ordered a sandwich and was never offered any of the sides. When the food runner came out, they offered us onion rings anew obliged. The server then sneakily added in the upcharge fee for the onion rings without telling us. When we received the bill, we asked him why wasn't it offered and why didn't you tell us first.... His response was, no one orders it bc it's 3.99.... I then asked why did you still apply it if the order is so rare, maybe you could check on it. He opted to grab the manager and then came back the an adjusted check. At this point , I wanted to speak to the manager bc that is what the server said he was going to do... the solution the manager came with was to just excuse the bill bc the food wasn't eaten. Overall, a dreadful experience The hotel was even worse. I came to check in and happily the hotel manager told our party they were sold out and the promised early check in(which we confirmed and agreed to pay for) was no longer an option. The oddest thing was, the manager seemed thrilled to tell us that we couldn't check in and had to wait 7 hours to do so. First off, do not promise an early check in when the guests CALLED prior to coming out. Second, don't look so thrilled in ruining people's trip. I understand you get to deal with jerk customers at a gaming establishment, but don't take it out on me when you get a chance to. Unprofessional and frankly gross behavior. I would recommend never coming here. The table games shut down at midnight and the staff here are just plain rude and condescending. Save your money and go to the Palms.

Stay away from the Aliante sports book! Their bookies are incompetent as hell! If you are going to place a bet, CHECK YOUR TICKET before leaving the bookie!! They screwed up two of my tickets costing me $200 in losses because I trusted them to do their job correctly! My misfortune and ill-trust in their incompetent ways doesn't have to be yours!! They could slso work on their customer service!! Like walking into the DMV. This used to be a nice casino but in the last 5 years has literally gone to hell!! Smells terrible in there!! One of these days these idiots will outlaw smoking in these places that still serves food less than 50 ft away!! Their room prices even during the week are outrageous for the quality!! Pathetically run casino now days!!

This is a very classy casino! The food was delicious and elegantly served. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. Reminiscent of old Vegas. Definitely book a room here.

EDIT one month later:Boyd does not comp video poker players at all; AVOID and go to Laughlin or Mesquite to be acknowledged and appreciated as a customer.It's really nice and modern, very large, great layout, great games and a few food options. If you play Video Poker and on vacation and have a rental car, it's really not worth the trip, if you're expecting rewards and future offers. For strictly daily play, as far as quality of the games and experience, it's above average.

I purchased 2 cabanas. The hot tub has green and yellow bubbles swirling in it. The pool had a few grasshoppers and other bugs. When I asked if they could get someone to clean it they said that the pool gets clean in the morning only smh it's 10 am smh guess they forgot

Love Aliante spa! We are locals and use this spa for couples massages. Using the spa also grants access to the gym and pool. You're allowed to come early if you want to work out before your massage! They have nice showers, lockers, and any toiletry you'd need. The masseuses are great too. Perfect place to relax.

Came here to see the Follies and stayed to do a little gambling with my husband. Unfortunately if you’re not white and straight and quiet you are not welcome at Aliante. The focus at Aliante Casino is don’t win and if you do win stay very quiet. Having a great time playing slots and the security came and corrected us for our behavior? Excuse me? Quite sure that sitting in a chair and having a good time is not a problem. But it is at Aliante Casino. We will definitely not be coming back. If you’re looking for a place to have fun downtown is the place to go. Definitely not Aliante Casino. If you do come be sure not to talk with your neighbors and definitely don’t seem like you’re having a good time.

GARBAGE CASINO, GARBAGE SERVICE , NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SECURITY!BEWARE STAY AWAY !This is not based on a single experience but repeated garbage experience after multiple opportunities given to make things right ! You get robbed in broad daylight on casino floor, no security staff , no beverage staff, when you call for casino tax information you get hanged up on 4 times, rude staff, they post hours of operation but don't honor and the list goes on. In general most employees not interested in giving service they are hired for. Even after begging for service!
