I usually go to Auto Zone and thie location for all my car needs I went in asked for windshield wipers for my car they seemed confused on what kind my car needed then th3y came out and looked and said they were the kind that apparently is more difficult to get or change so amother guy took over and he foilund some on the shelf said let me go see if they are the right fit for your car he put them on which was very nice qnd I tipped him for it but when I paid I was not happy $75 for wipers come on I feel like I was taken advantage of as a woman that was by myself as I usually only pay $32 and I dont need a high end name brand wiper I was not even told the price first or asked if that was ok the employee threw the empty packages in the trash I wont be back here sadly to say lost a customer ? I would have never paid that price I should have said take them off hard lesson learned and have to eat the $40 up graded price crazy!!! So be careful and aware and check the price first or ask before they just pick what they want and install it .

I called to see if they had adhesive for a windshield gasket because it showed they had it online. The guy told me he was going to check, then said no they did not. I said are you sure, because it said you have it online? He confirmed that they did not and said that they fine even make windshield gasket adhesive..
I went in and found it not even within 60 seconds. I’m pretty sure the sign for the isle said adhesive or something, so I only needed to look in the one isle. I looked and it was right at the end of the isle and it literally said “windshield gasket adhesive”.

Needed a turn signal bulb for my work truck. Had the bulb number. Wasn't busy and the counter clerk helped find the bulb quickly. Had the wrong socket end and he instantly knew the correct one that I needed and picked for me. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Great customer service! In and out.

This store is great because of employees like Marquette. He double-checked my parts that i needed. I even asked him to check my battery, and when he saw corrosion, he cleaned the battery before even trying to test the battery.

I stopped at 3 auto parts stores today to have my 2014Jeep GC Limited battery tested. The battery in this vehicle is actually located under the passenger front seat. There are two remote terminal points under the hood. I was told that this underhood terminals do not give an accurate battery test result. First store, tested good. Second store tested bad. Neither partsmen offered to try to test at the battery location. I went to a third store and had a young girl, Tyffanie W. help test this battery. The underhood terminals gave a bad battery result. Tyffanie asked if we could try to test the battery under the passenger front seat. She, through great preserverance, was able to get the battery tested at the battery. The test passed, Good. This young girl is a true asset to the Ann Road Auto Zone. Tyffanie really went beyond the call of duty. I went back into the store and talked to the manager about his excellent partsGIRL! The manager asked me to rate her performance on the Google reviews site. Tyffanie, I would have rated you above 5 stars but excellence is sometimes under-rated.

Employees were so helpful and compassionate, see my father has past recently and he always took care of my car. But changed his number several times. Marquette took his tine to look through my dads names which was a common name looking informations to find their battery I need. Although we didn't find it. I thank you for your efforts.

Had a bad experience at this location when trying to return a product with the original purchase receipt. The general manager has since remedied the solution, so I am changing my review.

We popped into O'Reilly 2 doors down and quickly realized why we like Autozone better. The employees at Autozone are much more friendly & helpful. The 2 young men at O'Reilly answered "I don't know" to a question about a product but Autozone employees are quick to answer & find the answer if they don't know it! Learned our lesson- Autozone all the way- thank you!
