I would like to Thank AutoZone store#5728 for providing me with EXCELLENT guest service.- I have been an AutoZone customer for several years. I also work in Customer Service and I know when employees love their job and love helping people. I wanted to give a big shout out to Graciela/ Jesus/ and Angel. I came in to the store 1 hour before they were closing and I needed Auto assistance. They did not hesitate to help me and my children get home safe with a car full of groceries. I truly appreciate you all for your helpfulness, kindness and Great Customer Service. Thank You!!! Moxie.

A new manager was the only one available this afternoon and Cadence and the new manager couldn't process the system traditionally, but were able to come up with a great alternative solution to the issue that I experienced and I walked out very satisfied. Thank you Cadence

Way to go Brian B and whoever your manager is. Iwas at your store for 30 minutes while you figured out how to get me my parts which I ordered online . then you said you were going to order the items you didn't have in stock and have them ready the next day by 10 AM. You assured me of this five times . And that you will call me by 10 AM..It is now 11:38 and nothing was ordered. You guys dropped the ball how hard is it to do your job ? You were bitching and moaning that the order was really big . seems like little kids that don't know how do your job. Now I have to go drive across town because the order won't be here by 5 PM. I asked to talk to a manager. He said he was busy. I hope i get a call back.

Completely incompetent and rude employees. I had to go through 4 people who chose to ignore me after asking for help several times. It’s disappointing how this location has 4.2 stars when the staff is incredibly unhelpful.

I haven't been at this store for a while and today I just walk in and everything looks so organized and clean. So I got in-line and they was at least 5 customers in front, but the people behind the counter, they were quick, very knowledgeable, so the line went quick 10+ for the autozone team specially for Jair Reyes the store manager, He definitely got everything under control, he Knows where everything is. I also noticed that he got a good Relationship with the the other employee. And one more thing, even that he is the store manager. He's not greedy, selfish, or nothing close to that. Jair is always willing to find a solution for your needs. A+ for you keep it up Reyes good looking store....

I do like auto zone. I try and take care of my car myself and they are there to help me do that. It's just sometimes you get help by a new employee that doesn't know anything about my vehicle. Auto zone, you should hire new employees that know something about cars.
