Worst service ever! Lady said they didn't do refills, like other ampm, but never offered new cups. Then looks at us like crazy because we used our cups! Grabs our lids and puts them all over the counter before actually handing them over!! Then gives me dirty looks again for asking for straws!! Wth?? Never stopping at this ghetto ampm again!!

The place is a scam; first the readers at the gas station do not work and you gotta pay at the cashier inside, and when you come back to pump, nothing works. When I went again to check, cashier says gas has already been charged and I need to pay again. Scam at this best. At your own risk, please. No doubt they phish customers with a slight lower rate and you end up paying for no gas.

Stopped for gas and a toilet break. Usually Arco has better gas prices but after leaving here toward St. George we saw a Maverick station where gas was 44¢ per gallon cheaper. Ugh. Insult to injury: there is a single toilet here and the bathroom is REALLY not great. Confused by standing water on the floor until I tried to use the sink. It's literally too small to fit your hands under the tap with water running. Water will be going everywhere. If you've gotten this far and still insist on coming here for gas and a bathroom break instead of hitting the Maverick down the road (do you hate yourself or something?) and you have baby wipes and hand sanitizer in your car, do that instead of using the sink here. You're welcome. Social justice rant: Really seedy area. I feel for unhomed individuals so this isn't some BS complaint about fellow humans "existing in poverty near me and ruining my day." The inhumane condition of people staying around this Arco is a rebuke on our society. At the same time, we can't meaningfully help anyone on a road trip pit stop, and there were at least half a dozen people wandering around who were clearly struggling with overlapping challenges-- physical, mental, emotional, psychological. The local social services department needs to get a team out here to connect people with support they desperately need instead of everyone accepting that some people somehow "deserve" to live like this.
