Please avoid the automated car wash. The roller came down insanely hard on my window and cracked my windshield from top down. Management wouldn’t help either. $8 car wash turned into an expensive repair. Never again. No accountability.

Disappointed with the car wash: it left dirty spots on my car. Tried the vacuum cleaner: it didn’t even suck the dirt from the floor. Went inside to get the $3 breakfast deal: the worker had no idea what I was asking for and told me they don’t have that. I’ll go somewhere else!

AMPM has a real problem with their supply chain management. Being out of any syrup brand for fountain drinks going on 2 weeks is really ridiculous! This happens often at this location.

The manager has 0 costermer service. He does not know how to answer any cuestión, it is the 3 time I say have a nice day and does not reply back. He is rude and has bad attitude.

Cashiers here are clueless. Every time I come their card machines do not work. I have to go in the store and waste time! Took 10 minutes to get it to work and they get rude for not doing their job!

One of the best gas station with car wash i have ever been at the North Las Vegas area!! And they "employees at the counter" provide star customer service and keep the entire store clean with a smile!! And everyone will appreciate!! Btw! Car wash service was the best!!

There's a very confrontational lady with purple hair working here. I walked in once without a mask and ever since then she makes comments when she sees me even though the mask mandate is not in effect. I've seen her argue with her coworkers. Today she told me to not slam the cooler doors and was asking why I buy beer at 11:00am. If she doesn't like people buying beer, then why work there? Seems like AMPM has disgruntled employee on their hands.

I believe there is a skimmer working the car wash. Had a $100 transaction the same day and only gave my card to the attendant working the car wash machine. Be careful.

We came in the other night and the cashier Dee was so nice and funny it was nice to see a smiling face again during this pandemic. I tried to tip him but he said he couldn't accept it and he was still very kind and pleasant. The world needs more service workers like him!!! +++

Stopped in early this morning (2/19/22) to grab a pack of cigarettes real quick before work. Clearly in a hurry, I'm happy that I'm first in line. I didn't catch her name but the cashier was just standing there, I was unsure if she was still helping a customer so I asked "Are you ready for me?" because I just needed one quick thing behind the counter & I was ready with my cash in hand. She said No I'm not ready for you. She was waiting for a register to open so she can give a customer his money back (who's not even at the register) then she goes to HER own register, meaning she could've done my transaction in the time waiting for the other one to open AND for the man to walk back to her. Then I'm hoping to tell her what I need, and she SHOOED me away & said "I'm not dealing with you" so with all that waiting I just walk out cause I have to get to work & I'm not about to argue with this stupid b***** Anyways, fire her!!!! :)

I am from out of state but have been in this store 4 or 5 times. Each time the clerks are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I felt like family. Super nice!

My overall experience at this location is amazing but it had some cons every time I have an issue I have to speak to the assistant never the manager the assistant is such a amazing soul dealing with my questions . The Manager seems to focus on being snobby then my actual issue with not having a certain brand just thought someone should know poor management at its lowest

I come here almost daily and on multiple occasions have been disrespected tammie. Her customer service is horrible. It is a shame that all the other employees have very nice tones and have patience but if you get tammie she consistently has an attitude and no patience. She shouldn't work at register. I will choose another gas station to stop at each morning.
