this has been an on going problem from Sept 25th, where I was billed for a propane delivery I did not receive, I have made numerous phone calls to no avail, was told numerous times that you are still investigating the problem but no action as of Nov 27th. no call back as I have requested not anything being done so much for patting yourselves on the back, you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It took a few days, but then, I still had propane and was not in a real hurry.But... I wanted to BE there outside to greet the guy who refilled my tank!He came, refilled, and departed so quickly, and never made a sound! Never rang my doorbell to let me know he was there.I wanted to ask some questions about MOVING my tank (I want to build a new garage close to its current location), but... alas and alack.... no such opportunity!

Third time I have commented on this… called first and was informed I would need to pay a service fee to have this checked and have been out of town. Sent an email and now this.It was reported my tank was filled but tank remains at 49% Thinking this was not my delivery.Charged me more than I pay ti fill a 5 gallon bottle at a station.I am having it checked by Vegas Propane.

We live in Mount Charleston and there was a natural disaster a couple of weeks ago. I have been trying to get a delivery, my wife has tried 3 times, and Clark County Emergency management has even tried. The call center will only talk to my wife and even then we cannot get delivery. Tomorrow I start talking to other suppliers. Enough.

The drivers and delivery guys have always been great, and very professional! The scheduling windows, though, are very long, and you never know when they will show up. Unfortunately, it’s not the driver’s fault. But they should be able to give you a day and a time or at least a time window on a particular day not just “sometime next week” and you’ll be expected to be there and available to give them access with 30 minutes notice.

I have asked to be put on monthly deliveries. Almost 2 months later I had to send notice that I was at 18% and over a week later they finally filled my tank! Worst customer service in the industry. Will be switching when my prepay is up!

The worst customer service I've ever seen. Try calling "billing" if you have a question; you'll be put on hold forever & ever. Call as a new customer and you'll get someone almost immediately. We been waiting for a refund check for 2 months now and have call 3 times. They always tell you it'll be mailed soon, ha ha!
