Chris gave my sewing machine a great service in a timely manner. He also sells many awesome different machines and when I will be looking for an upgrade, definitely check out with this shop first.

We don’t know if they do a good job or not. We drove all the way from the SW corner of the valley because rather than setting up an appointment with my wife to look at her machine and give us an estimate, they told her to just come in during business hours. Gas is pushing $4 a gallon and we drove all the way over only to find them closed during their stated business hours. As you might imagine, we’re now pretty annoyed. Thanks for wasting our time and money

Chris is a rare jewel. He recognizes and embodies what customer service is and goes above and beyond. I started with him as the authorized Bissell Repair business when a new machine needed repair. A new machine was ordered under warranty. He offered to deliver it on a Sunday (I didn't need to vacuum THAT desperately. Lol). His tip on maintenance of the machine was spot on ... like an oil change for your car, a 3-month maintenance/service on your vacuum will improve performance and extend its "life." Reasonably price, excellent service, respectful, friendly ... what more could you ask for. Thank you, Chris. ?

I came here today (3/8/24) to get my vacuum fixed, and the two employees, Chris and the young lady (didn't get her name), were so nice, sweet, personable, and helpful. They not only fixed the problem with my vacuum, but also have me some tips in order to avoid this problem from happening again. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of vacuum repair services! They also have a couple of vacuums in store for purchase, as well as sewing & embroidery machines. Thanks again Chris, for all of your help! You Rock!!

Needed replacement part for my vacuum. They were able to replace it at the store. The part was a little pricier than I preferred but for the sake of convenience, not having to shop around anymore, I had it fixed there. I will be back, the owner was friendly and helpful.

Chris was amazing. I have a Janome MC 6600 and it blew a fuse which is somewhat unusual. Chris ordered the fuse, and offered to loan me a machine to finish my Christmas projects. Great customer service and he has a lot of knowledge about complicated machines. I would not hesitate to recommend their store or to return when I need help again.

Chris was great. I brought my second hand shampoo to him after the rollers stopped rolling and trouble shooting what I could on my own. He popped open the shampooer and identified the other belt and changed it AND SHE IS A ROLLING NOW!!! Can Wait to get her to work again. Thanks again Chris for your quick action and reasonable cost.Lori

Went here today for the first time. I thought the belt was broke on my vacuum cleaner but it turned out to be. The roller was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me it'd be $45 and he could replace it while I was there. I thought that was a very fair price. But when he took it apart, he noticed one of the hoses was broken. The vacuum cleaner is 14 years old and I thought maybe needed to be replaced, but he said mine was a good one and he suggested holding onto it until the motor gives out (he said it could still be used even with the broken hose). I really appreciated his honesty, especially since they're in the business of making money and would have been better off selling me a new one. When this vacuum cleaner dies, I will definitely go here to buy a new one.

Create customer service!My Bissell pro 4000 carpet shampooer quit working and I was looking for someone to repair it for me. Lucky for me I found all discount vacuum and sewing center.It turns out it costs more to fix my carpet shampooer than it does to buy a new one. I am surprised, it is a poor piece of equipment.During the process of exploring alternative shampooers I was delighted to find Chris possesses a substantial amount of knowledge and experience with carpet shampooers and vacuums.It is clear to me that when purchasing a small appliance like these carpet shampooers, the man that's going to provide the service is worth more than the brand name of the product you're buying.I am very impressed with Chris and the substantial education he gave me.All Pro is definitely my go to store anytime I need a vacuum cleaner carpet cleaner or similar type of appliance. His prices are very fair, and based on his experience, I believe I am much more likely to get a product that will perform well.

Went here for for the first time to get my vacuum cleaner repaired. I originally thought it was just the belt, but turned out to be two other things wrong with it. Since it's 14 years old, he gave me the price of a new one, but ended up suggesting I pay the $45 to repair it. He said mine is a very good vacuum cleaner and suggested I keep it until the motor dies. Although he could have tried to sell me a new one, he didn't. I like the fact that he didn't try to take advantage of an "old woman", and that he was being honest with me! I will definitely go here when this one needs to be replaced!
