I was waiting in line and the cashier said he had to close and told me to use the self check out - there were no other cashiers. So I left and am going to Smith's down the road.

If I could leave a negative review I would. But their female cart pusher who was working yesterday scratched my car with the shopping carts while I was in it and did not bother to apologize and just kept going. She refused to take responsibility when simply told to be more careful.

I went in around 8:30 tonight. Deli counter was closed. A young man Micheal was cleaning wing station & he offered to help me get a salad. He was so nice & polite. Thank you young man.

Since 2020 their 24 hour stores are dayshift only, including the stockers which will run right over you – which is ironic, since there aren’t cashiers to be found.
As if being price gouged for necessities isn’t enough, Albertsons thinks I work here now. The least I could do was leave a full cart of groceries. Maybe it’ll employee a human being for a few minutes – until they figure out a way to get a robot or myself to do it.
I won’t be back.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you don't want people to check out in self checkout with a large quantity of items, then post a limit! Do not roll your eyes at customers and tell them to shop at another store
So rude!!!

This way of getting the deals is a hindrance for my mom and in law. Everything is self checkout and getting from the employees is just as difficult. They're always short and reluctant to help my mom and in law.

I'm searching for information on a neighborhood vagrant. There's an old guy that lives on the street mainly in the area closest to the Wells Fargo ATM he has long dreads gray hair. He's been in the area since I moved here in 83 and he's still around. I'm guessing his age is 70ish but maybe wrong. Until recently he remained fairly clean he never spoke or asked for anything until last week he asked for money and the time at the entrance to Albertsons he's very unkept and he stands at the exit waving his hands and arms extremely . How can a person help or get help for him

Someone that works here is either laundering fake twenty dollar bills or is a complete moron. It is so frustrating receiving change for a genuine one hundred dollar bill and receiving fake, fraudulent, counterfeit currency. Only to find out when trying to make a purchase with the funny money. Check your bills before accepting change people!
