These guys were awesome. Very friendly and helped me get some things done even without a membership. Was able to get my Dad's handicap placard with no issue, no long line, and no fuss. I'm even thinking of going for their membership for our family.

My mom called them at 5pm today and why are they just now getting to us at 11 pm this is not the first time she has called AAA an they have taken forever this is unacceptable that this they kept telling her 30 minutes then 45 minutes then even said they had to go elsewhere.. The last time she called at 10:11 the man had a attitude he answered the phone an just said hello then he told her well I’m just telling you what they said I don’t know what else to tell you.. That is not ok how he spoke to her.. I think they need a little more training an time management when sending out these calls..

I went to the Aliante Pkwy location in late May. I received the best customer service from Erika. She was efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. She was so helpful and I was so grateful, I was in tears when I left. Awesome experience.

We’ve never had a bad experience here, until today. My husband walked in with our registration renewal papers, and the very rude worker pointed him to the kiosk and when my husband saw that he couldn’t use the military exemption forms there, he told the worker and she said oh yeah you can’t use those there and we stop taking walk ins for non members at 430, and it was 429! Very disappointing , unhelpful and unprofessional. If she would’ve taken just a little time to help, she wouldn’t have wasted our time.

Terrible service. They help all the members and had me waiting for 3 hours. And when i ask how much more they told me members come first. They should post online that if you are not a member the wait time is longer or to schedule an appointment.

Rudest worker by the name of Chantel who works there . Rushes you and doesn’t speak well to member and non members very disrespectful. Seem like she was having a bad day and that caused her to just have a nasty attitude. I hope see finds happiness it’s not right to be rude to someone who is politely speaking to you I would understand if I was rude but she was overtop rude when I had a polite tone of voice.

I came in last week to register my car from out of state and after all the paperwork they told me it would be $389.00. I've registered 3 vehicles in Nevada before and never paid that much so I knew something was wrong. They assured me that the amount was correct and it was because my car is a Mercedes. They did mention they added a 1 day late fee because I took it in for a vin check before I got the moving permit, but they assumed that I drove it to the vin check while in actuality I towed it there with my pick up truck. I called the nevada DMV to see if that amount was correct and they told me no and that my estimate is 258.00 and if it was coming up to more money there might have been unnecessary late fees added. The DMV recommended I do a walk in instead of coming back to AAA so I wasted over a hour there last week for a benefit that I pay for with my membership. Disappointed.

Jeffrey at AAA Aliente was awesome! I was in dire need to get my Insurance policy transferred from CA to LV, I was at the DMV handling my business. He worked the entire situation out, no hesitation, no excuses and No attitudes. He was pleasant and did his due diligence to make sure I was all set up and my policy was in place by the time I got to the DMV Desk. Just moving here from CA , I was unaware of how DMV NV operated. My New friend Jeffrey helped me out and was awesome! He is such a joy and blessing. We do not have too many people in world willing to help in this day and age. Jeffrey went above and beyond! Kudos to you Jeffrey. If u need help with your AAA , please go see Jeffrey at AAA Aliente! Thanks again ?

My husband and I came in about a month ago to register our car. We were greeted by Jeffrey. He gave us a quote for home and auto. He showed us the Home Security System as well. Today we went back and switched over to AAA, got our son's new car insured, and we purchased the home security system! Jeffrey is so thorough and so kind. We will definitely be back for all of our insurance needs. Thank you Jeffrey!

I just made international drivers license here. Online say “passport photos may be taken at your local AAA office” so I didn’t bring my photos.
if i knew you guys charge $20 on photos i could print at Walmart 6 cents…
I waited 40min already so gave up on DIY photos…
Total waiting was 50min(non AAA member).
