Don't have to be a member to use their DMV services but if a member comes in they will be helped before you. I wasn't a member and I was in and out in less than a hour.

These guys were awesome. Very friendly and helped me get some things done even without a membership. Was able to get my Dad's handicap placard with no issue, no long line, and no fuss. I'm even thinking of going for their membership for our family.

I went to the Aliante Pkwy location in late May. I received the best customer service from Erika. She was efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. She was so helpful and I was so grateful, I was in tears when I left. Awesome experience.
