This is my first time using this auto body center, Janet the young lady at the front desk does a great job keeping things in order and keeping the rotation of the customers going. Customer service is impeccable. They have lots of coupons to accommodate for car care to help with keeping cost down. This place does get quite busy so if you have the time to wait your turn, I would definitely recommend them.

Janet and her mechanics at AA Auto-Simmons are top notch - Another establishment could not remove oil cartridge on my Toyota without charging me extra $$ - AA took care of it without issue - Highly recommend this garage

Went to Ann Road location for a smog test on my 2013 Hyundai Tucson. Everyone was friendly and polite. It only took a few minutes and it was the best price ever for that service. I will be returning there for my auto needs in the future. (2012 Tucson)

THE AA AUTO ON CENTENNIAL IN NORTH LAS VEGAS. NOT THE ANN & SIMMONS LOCATION. I'm very disappointed with my experience at AA Auto. I went for an oil change, and they implied that multiple things were wrong with my vehicle. I had my personal mechanic look at it. He said my car had no issues. My mom and my husband had similar issues. What happened to honesty! Also, they didn't give me a new oil change sticker. I was a witness to another issue that involved the manager, Jay. Initially, he was nice and respectful. He became unprofessional as he went back and forth with my mom. I tried to calm my mom and Jay down.....absolutely ridiculous. He's the manager. In no way should I have had to help control that situation. Regardless of whether that was my mom or another customer. He was unprofessional. What happened to good customer service.

Great staff, did amazing work in such a quick time. Thanks to their financing, I was able to get everything fixed that needed it. I'll definitely be going back for any car repairs/ tune ups.

Got an Oil Change. should of done it myself quicker. got home and oil was leaking. called them and told me to take car back. took car back and they said it was just oil spill from filling it up. took car to get tires to another shop and they notice oil leaking and called me to show me the oil plug was loose. took video of the loose oil plug. called them again to let them know of the loose oil plug, they said to take car in to tighten plug. its just common sense to tighten oil plug after oil change but common sense is something this place didn't have. I can tighten the plug myself. no need to ever go back to this place again. came home and driveway had a lot of oil. had to get my pressure washer out to clean driveway. am pissed, what an inconvenience this place was.

I would definitely choose AA Auto Care on Ann and Simmons for all my car repair needs. Mark is now my favorite mechanic. Mark let me know about financing options and was very helpful. Offered to take my wife and I home and pick us up. Also, helped prioritize what needed to be done first with repairs and the money we had available all while being very friendly. Janet was very nice and helpful as well. Thank you!

AA Auto Care was a life saver, I was in Vegas for my bday weekend and was unlucky having car problems with it overheating. I found them online as I was searching for near by locations to get my car fixed. As soon as I walked in , the lady at the front desk (Janet was her name) was super kind and welcoming . She made me feel a lot more at ease with my stressful situation on my bday weekend. She helped me right away and informed the mechanics of my car problems so they can start working on it. As I was waiting for my car to get fixed I noticed how all the customers that walked in were greeted and felt at home with her. She always made sure to help every single customer that walked in while she was answering phones and managing the workers in the back. She was a great multi tasker and everyone seemed to love her. This made me feel even more at peace and I felt like I can trust them to do a good job. After 1 hr my car was fixed and I was out of there, they replaced a water pump which was causing my overheating. I highly recommend coming here if you come across unexpected problems like me. Janet will make you feel at home and make sure the job gets done. I was able to enjoy my bday weekend with my car now fixed in great condition. I wish they had more workers like Janet that will take their job more serious and are kind and genuine about helping people and ease your stress. Thank you for your great Service Janet

First time hear and was immediately greeted with a friendly vibe from the front desk I think her name was Janet. Very nice and customer friendly person. I'm very cautious on who I have work on my vehicle but Jeff and Mark were very professional and treated my vehicle like it was there own. I highly recommend this place and this location. Will definitely be comming back.
