It closes at 1:00 am and says they are cleaning. It takes an hour to reopen.

Came to buy a few treats, paid ebt. Thought I’d have to pay cash too, so was ready to pay.. The cashier said thanks handed me my items, asked if I wanted a receipt and went to help someone else. So I took my stuff, and left. The man than came out and went to take my belongings out of my door of my car, and than started snapping images of me, and my car. Yelling at me saying I stole, and I paid ebt it didn’t go through. I showed him my ebt did go through. He continued to yell at me saying he would charge me, and he has my ebt information, and my address, and my license plate information. I said Sir you can see I paid I can show you I paid! He said no you owe still! I said how much? My son is already in his damn seat.. the owner could have said how much. Man said DONT WORRY I JUST REPORT YOU , and CHARGE YOU. Wouldn’t let me pay. I asked over and over how much. Man left, I go to drive away. Man comes back out! Pictures!! I try to show him again , and ask how much so this crazy man would leave me alone. I’m scared for my life & my child’s. He is claiming he has all my information. Pictures of me.. my car.. he’s trying to take my inhaler from my car.. I have to pull in & walk inside so this psycho leaves me alone. I come inside recorded me giving him $5 for $3.45 & with plenty of witnesses! Stop harassing people for your mistake, all you had to do was wait the extra 5 seconds to pay attention vs giving me all my items & saying thanks have a good day. Delete my images, and my information from your phone. I will report this to 711 corporation as well.

Love that they have the lemonade slushy choices and better selection but there is one worker that creeps me and my wife out. He is very strange & when your transaction is even slightly complicated he gets an attitude. He had nothing on to say that he even works there which makes it even more strange.

As i explained to the cashier to do half and half on both card . The lady charged my card for the whole total and my balance was 3.00 dollars. As this point the cashier void the transaction and my bank takes 3 business day to receive the money back. My daughter was hungry and now I couldn't buy her anything. I told the manager since the cashier didn't know how to do the half and half on card can my daughter get it for free and he said no. As manager now my daughter have to be hungry for the cashier not doing her job right. She didn't how to do the half and half. She could of ask the coworker to help instead of just thinking for herself. People don't have money like that.I will not go back there anymore.

I just went in to my buy my babies so snacks and I already felt uncomfortable because there was a guy at the cashier just looking the whole time so when I checked out I went with the girl which was the manager Julie so she started scanning my items and so I put my number and I swiped my card automatic she starting screaming at me say I can’t do that she’s not done I was like I know it’s ok I still can do that mind you I worked as a manager of 711 for 10 years so after she was done she like now slide it again and I was like I don’t have to I said it’s waiting for her to push total so she did and I was right so she got a real ugly attitude and I was like where’s you manager and she’s like I am and I was like ok who’s the owner and she said happi I asked her name she just started pointing at her name tag I’m like ok thanks you did have to be rude for no reason and she didn’t care

I have to repeat myself multiple times it seems to any worker, there is a guy who's always on the phone speaking in a different language makes me uncomfortable, like I'm interrupting his conversation. What happened to customer service and the Store is always closed late night around 1:30am-3:00am.
