This place is terrible now. I'm not sure what happened or if it's sold to someone else, but all the employees seem to have changed. The main thing that brings me to a 7-Eleven is the MoneyPass ATMs, but I've tried to go to this 7-Eleven for the last month and a half maybe even 2 months and not once has their ATM had any money in it. Because of that, they never get any of my business I just walk straight out the door

Need a new cashier. I was waiting for a long time just for her to ask if I was ready. And she took her time still! She scan the items and then she asked if it was card or cash. I said card. She said oh let me switch you over to the other register. I said I’ll do cash then. Like could you ask first. ??♂️

Terrible customer service, my child even said hi but was ignored by the cashier. Even though she was chatting up a storm with the people prior to us.

Sell food that is expired all they do is just change the labels, when it comes to 7 now orders if they don’t have what you’re asking for they put other flavors in the bag, I used to work here so I know! Managers are under age selling tabaco and alcohol products.HARVINDAR the owner is a perv !!!

Made the mistake of going to this shady 7/11. The dude working here told me they don't give cash back, and they are have atm. Just lied so he didn't have to work. When I left he followed me outside for a cigarette and to bother me. SMH never again!!!

Yes, I would like to say that Cassie is an excellent person greeter customer service. I’ve never seen anybody who does the best job ever Mike as well very attentive answer questions I enjoy first time at the store. I was very pleased.

I swear to god please tear down this gas station. nothing here ever works and the employees are always clueless. Why build a gas station if it's not going to gas gas ever.

Went in there Monday 6/5/23, had absolutely, no good read and what they had look like it was there since morning. This is one of the worst 7/11 I’ve been in and the best so far on the North Side is on Craig & Revere. The 2nd worst is Losee & Washburn. Lone Mountain store never keep consistent employees for the community, always hiring, and the owners had got to be horrible for having such a revolving door. Unreal, the way it’s ran.
