Why post deals on the window and not honor them in store? Shitty ownership for sure. $6.99 for 3 monsters +$1 to add 4th. When you go back to the monster display the 3 for 6.99 is crossed out and it says 3 for 7.99 I asked the cashier about it and she said that's the way the owner had it. Coffee prices on the window don't match with there being charged at checkout It's just a cluster they're always hiring cuz they probably can't keep anybody with ownership like that nobody wants to deal with it

If I could give negative stars, I would. By far the worst 7-11 location EVER! Do not go here. There are several other gas stations around this 7-11. Pick one & drive there instead. This location is always filthy, they never have stock. The staff at this location is horrible. They are rude & the owner clearly doesn’t care. I dropped a bottle of apple juice by mistake, clearly & they wouldn’t let me purchase the rest of my items until I paid for the apple juice that had busted open. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get home to my kids, I would’ve walked out & paid for & bought nothing but I was already running behind.

This commerce and centennial location is filthy. Drink spill stains at the front door , spills all over the floor at the slurpee , coffee , and soda fountains. The slurpee machines are never frozen , the coffee cappuccino machine won't work with regular milk , have to choose reduced fat milk for that. The associates is always talking on the phone in Indian, and not speaking English to customers. One associate even had Tupac playing on a Bluetooth speaker at the counter swearing loudly.Bad service.

The shop worker told my BLACK husband and 4 kids it was closed and they needed to leave and my husband said no, me and my kids are going to buy what we need then we'll leave.More black kids showed up because school is getting out, and he told them all they couldn't come in and he was going to call the police. All the kids was confused including the high schoolers and Jr high kids trying to figure out why they couldn't come in so my husband explained to my kids and the other kids that the middle eastern appearingworker was being racist and they all got discouraged. My kids, aged 12 and below, said they didn't want anything, but husband said no go get what you want and bought them what they wanted.All that so say, if you're black, you're not welcomed at that store.

The store is fine and all, the staff on the other hand are extremely rude. I'll go to ARCO across the street... it's a little more expensive, but at least i won't leave feeling worse than I went in.

Aweful location. Never stocked. Staff is not customer service oriented. Cashiers have no idea what they're doing. App and rewards system is a complete dumpster fire. Prices are a JOKE here. Looking at the overall rating of the place and past experiences here - seems best to close this location. DO NOT COME here.

I'm disabled and usually come here at least once a week and for the most part they've been amazing and compassionate people.Some of the staff does need some extra training but then you have some really great people.

For two years I have lived near this location and I will honestly say that it has gone downhill over that time. Today was the last straw. Looks like the shelves are empty or I caught them restocking. They had no V8, the gentleman in the back came out , I asked him if they had any V-8 juice. Could not understand me, could not speak enough English, and for sure couldn't speak his. Not his fault, not mine, but 7-11's. And this place is becoming a horrible place to purchase stuff unless you don't need to converse. I used to love the people that worked here. It's not that the people are bad now, I just have no way to communicate with them.

This location used to be my favorite. But now things are changing! Lately, the Slurpee machine is never clean or either half the flavors are not ready.... I actually was coming to this location because they had the flavors I like! But the last few visits the stire is trashed and I miss the old crew. The new guy he is rude, he never listens when I tell him I wanna pay with my app. Then he always says there is no money when I know its there. When I use my wallet at other locations it always works. The last time I went in, I got slurpees cause my littles were in the car, and my husband went in to use the atm after I bought pour snacks, he actually followed my husband to the door and then we made eye contact and he tried to play it off, but I recommend just go to another location or the am pm. They have .50 cent slushies with the app.
