The cashier played on his phone the entire time. Never looked up or noticed I or anyone else was at the register. Multiple people walked up, waited, and then left. I guess playing oblivious was less work for him.

I’m a regular costumer of this gas station, today at 1:30 I asked to use the restroom and the guy told me that I have to buy something so I can use the restrooms, that’s so awful, you should be shamed of that policy definitely you lose a client ?

I just had the WORST customer service experience ever here at 711I moved in the area two months ago so this has become my neighborhood 711..I'm usually in on weekends but today I made a stop inThe tall gentlemen at the counter was RUDE AND KEPT EXTENDING HIS UNWARRANTED OPINION, I DON'T MIND PAYING THEE EXTRA .30¢ going to down the street to terribles

I'm shocked that this store has such a low rating!! I almost didn't come here because of it, but I am glad I tried it out. I have now been here a few times, and have always been greeted by the cheerful, smiling, joyful and lovely Kit Kat and Yaya. They are amazing and I always leave the store in a better mood than when I came.Cappuccino machine never lets me down here! Always functioning, and the lovely workers told me they would personally make me one if the machine is broken ?? ?

$4.33 for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline (in Las Vegas, Nevada)! That's what I read on a sign as we drove into the shared parking lot of yet another Kohl's... My mom and my sister have been enjoying shopping during our vacation together. As we drove past various gasoline stations, I pointed out the prices at Rebel and Circle K. However, when I saw this Sinclair gasoline price, I asked them to remind me to fill up our tank after shopping. Note: we don't have any of these gasoline stations on the Island of O'ahu in Hawaii. This is a confusing place because the pumps are labeled with "Sinclair", but the convenience store attached to this property is 7-Eleven. I went inside 7-Eleven to pay cash for the $4.33 price. I told them my pump number, guessed the amount I would need, handed over some cash, and went out into the cold to fill up my gas tank. Thank goodness for this reasonable price! I went back into 7-Eleven and got my change! The service was very friendly and the interior was cheerful because of the peppy music! If you're in Northern Las Vegas, I highly recommend this gasoline station!

I cannot believe cashier has no basic math skills and definitely no customer service skills. I just went in here and my total was $3.22. I gave her (an older black lady) a $5 bill. And then immediately told her I had the 22 cents as well. And she snapped back, oh well I already put in $5 to the computer. I said okay, well you can take the change and just give me $2 back. And she snapped back again with confusion all over her face to have to figure out math that didn’t automatically show up on the computer and simply said no and would not take my change. How do you even get a cashier job without basic addition and subtraction skills???

Why does thus 7 11 always say no cash back.. theres a sign that says no cash back we have an atm... that is so unprofessional... ill be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint againt this franchise and on the 7 11 on Criag and Losee

How is this 7/11 still open?Glad I’m not the only one that feels the same as I’m reading the other reviews.This 7/11 needs new management, A LOT of updating to its slurpee machines , coffee machines and so on..Floors and store is disgusting/dirty.They never have variety of hot foods barely anything available and slurpee machines are always broken. I will not shop here again . It’s too bad they have potential to be so much better and have Way more business/money but they decide to make no changes and keep driving customers to a different 7-11.

The prices here for gas aren't too bad. They use to be better. This spot is convenient for me, because I have. "Diesel gas" vehicle! I Believe that this spot is the closest if you're coming from the 215, and looking for diesel gas. This is a great location, also if you are looking for a quick snack, and shopping, there is. Kohl's directly across the way

gets a negative 10. worse service ever. they already have a 1.7 stars. corporate cant see that there staff in the mornings treat customer like crap and need to fire all staff and get people that treat customers with respect. not only did they lose my business but i let everyone know in the area near them and they probably lost another 30 customer. go to any other 711 but don't go here unless you want to be treated like crap and made to feel your inconvenience them to purchase something there. they yell at you because there internet doesn't always work like its your fault there systems aren't working and they come from around the counter and yell and chase people out of the store. what business do you know treats customer so badly. they can't learn from all the negative reviews. staff has no respect for customers

So this is going to be a mixed review. The Hispanic lady tonight on Tuesday at 10:43 PM was extremely nice! The other woman who was there was not friendly at all. And as I was leaving she must've been taking a break she was standing outside smoking and cursing and saying bad things about her coworkers.

suppose to be open 24hrs but this guy locks the doors at 2am and i see a dude inside ignoring me and when i knock he tell me the stores closed until 3am because he has to mop the floor. LOL WHAT so u have to shut down the whole store to mop the floors? alright..
