A lot of inefficiency when serving and very poorly educated, including the manager of the place who wears a cast on her foot, they look at you and don't care about serving you, very bad service at the place and discrimination

If I could give no stars I would don’t know fools name but he rude. He didn’t even acknowledge the customers in like just stood with his back to us. I said excuse me he said hold on kept writing bad customer service. ???

Issaac is unprofessional, disrespectful and need to be retrained in customer service clearly !!! Came in on 12/31/23. As I patiently waited at the front counter to purchase my items Issaac and his female coworker stood right in front of me not acknowledging me none whatsoever while they carried on cackling laughing in a conversation as if they was in the presence of their own home! After that went on for a few minutes the female walked off. Issaac still didn't acknowledge me and assisted a person while smiling happily engaging in a conversation off to the side to retrieve his winnings from the slot machine. (While I'm still standing there at the counter waiting to purchase my items) A person walked in and Issaac engaged in a conversation with this person(a employee I assume because he walked behind the counter) by talking smiling and even dapping him up with a fist pump.......I'm still standing and waiting patiently. He don't speak to me, rung my items up and told me a price. I had a lot to say but didn't. That same energy you had should be with every customer. He don't need to interact with customers until he have better skills. Maybe stock, clean, mop n sweep inside and out is more on his level. Maybe even Chuck E cheese. He can play someone else. Wasn't pleased with his immature unprofessional behavior!!! Management clearly not monitoring and managing the store.

I've been using this location 2-4 times a week since I moved to the area. The staff are always decent, but this time I went I was informed that they would no longer accept my FEDERAL Identification (passport) for tobacco products. They just lost a regular customer that spent 50/week or more because of a moronic decision by management. I'll just be supporting my local smoke shops instead!

I ordered two slices of pizza, and where any other store I've gone to will just give you the garbage they've had under the lamp for 3 hours, Terrel at this location changed the whole pizza out to get me some fresh slices. They know how to do it here. Appreciate y'all.

I wanted to to get a prepaid card that would allow me to load cash as well as paychecks and the clerk told me about netspend. It worked and I am happy. Plus its easy to use. Thanks.

A lot of ppl hanging outside of store during the night (this was about 3 days ago) I was hesitant to pull up but I did due to it being 1am and other stores were closed… I quickly walked in noticed no one in the store then the employee came in from the group of ppl outside and said hello he had checkered shorts on no wrk uniform he looked like he needed to bathe I quickly grab a bottled water and went to pay for it as I paid another employee came out of the freezer/cooler or whatever said hello well at least this one looked clean had the right attire on and looked like he worked because he came out with a lot of empty boxes…I quickly got into my car as I was pulling out the same employee walked right to the group of ppl and grabbed whatever the other guys was smoking and started smoking….ugh never again!!
