Very slow on submitting prescription to pharmacy especially when someone had been tested positive for COVID. This place don't offer quality care.

I visited this location and was not provided discharge papers, and my prescription, I had to take them to the pharmacy myself, after being told they would send them over for me. I believe I was misdiagnosed one person told me it was just the flu and the other said I had the flu and COVID. I also informed the nurse that I am epileptic, and yet I was prescribed two medications (Benzonatate 200 mg, and Oseltamivir Phosphate 75 mg) that put me at risk for a seizure.

Visiting my parents for the holidays from out of state and came down with something. The wait as a walk-in was only half an hour, the front desk staff were great, and I can't sing enough praises about Bryan. Not to mention, not a problem with my insurance, which can be a pain. Definitely recommend this location if you need help ASAP!

The doctor and all staff members were professional, friendly and attentive. My wait time was minimal. The facility was clean and inviting. Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and it’s doctors and staff members!

The best in Vegas. Chasity Travis/Bryan and the entire staff and crew of this facility is absolutely the best. This is what Vegas needs. A fast, efficient, reliable, direct to the point, clean and super friendly medical place. The location is easily convenient from every part of Vegas. Plenty of parking. Only if I could do a 10 page review and a 10 star rating I would if I could. Been to so many urgent care in the US and this is by far the best of the best. Thank you so much yet again for the best service - Ed

Al provided excellent assistance in ensuring I received the necessary care during my last visit. The clinic staff, including the manager Brian, was friendly and efficiently facilitated the process of getting my prescribed medications sent to my pharmacy. I highly recommend this group, especially considering their welcoming approach to walk-ins--a feature not commonly found in Las Vegas.

Been 2 weeks and I haven't received my medication because my order is being sent to some unknown pharmacy. Stay away from this place if you really need help. The customer service does nothing to help at all.

They do not follow up with you even after multiple requests. Trinity needs customer service training, they do not know how to identify patients. Each time I call, they don or ask my nameThey only ask my birthday. Trinity sounds bothered each time I've called . She damn near hung up on me while I was in the middle of saying thank you before saying goodbye.... I hear CLICK . Staff needs further training in HIPAA as they answer calls on speaker and other patients can hear everything . Very disappointing. My first visit was good . Each time is getting worse . This is zero stars

I'm going to try to make this short. I went, everything went smoothly, was told my prescription would be ready in an hour. Went to the pharmacy who said no prescription was ever sent. Went back to this urgent care and the girl the desk said that particular pharmacy always has these issues so she sent the prescription to another pharmacy. That pharmacy said, no prescription was sent. Went back to the urgent care to ask for a written prescription but the doors were locked two hours before they close. Now I have to go to another urgent care and hope for the best.

I had a serious digestion issue. The nurse practitioner was nice and said he would send over two prescriptions to my local CVS pharmacy. Since I had been seen in the morning, I waited until the afternoon to contact CVS to make sure the prescriptions were ready for pick up. THE PRESCRIPTIONS WERE NEVER SENT AND THE 1st CHOICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY! I initially wrote a nice review on their site, but now I am very disappointed and angry. I called and the after hours person answered telling me, "YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK ON MONDAY." WHAT GOOD IS THAT FOR ME TODAY ON SATURDAY!!!!

Scheduled an appointment at 3pm, arrived 5mins early as this is not my first time here, signed in completed the short paperwork, was told I'd be called back soon so I sat and waited to be called back. An hour has gone by and I have still not been seen. What is the use of having appointments if your not going to follow them. And if I would have showed up more than 15mins late I'd be charged for the visit. SMH this makes no sense

I would definitely recommend 1st Choice every day. The staff was amazing and my Dr was wonderful, to the point and very compassionate.
