Recently had to board my two dogs for a long weekend and we’ve never had to board before. They had us schedule a “meet and greet” with them prior to ensure they became familiar with the dogs and any specific needs or behavior concerns.I appreciated their knowledge and notes taken for my dogs. I felt much better knowing that these were staff members who are knowledgeable on handling dogs and training etc.Another huge bonus was that my dogs were not thrown into a doggy daycare situation where they are with a bunch of unfamiliar dogs in an uncontrolled setting. Their visit and time was catered to their needs which was individual walks and activities. We received texted pictures of them and they were enjoying themselves. Upon pick up they were not running out the door away from them, they were calm and confident. All huge things when you are leaving your dogs in someone else’s care.Worth every penny.

CRCCS is like no other rescue. They don't give up and take in rescues that have been abandoned by others. They provide safety and love until a new home is found.

I was amazed at the passion and plans set out for the future of this rehabilitation center and sanctuary. There is no other place I would take my dogs for these services. Kristen and her staff blew me away with the amount of personalized care they provide each and every animal that comes to CRCCS and their hopes to expand in order to help many more. I plan to volunteer and have already recommended to my friends, family and clients.

Best group of dog people we've ever met. We were referred to them following crisis with my dogs and they helped us through it, quite literally saving our little girls life. She would have had to be euthanized if Kristen and Kevin had not been willing to work with us. Very caring, knowledgeable and good at teachers. They are transforming lives there, and not just dogs! I could never say enough good things about them.

We're so glad that we brought Luna to CRCCS for training. In couple of month we noticed a big change in her behavior. Kevin is a awesome trainer, very professional and he has a lot of patience. Everyone is so friendly at CRCCS and they really care for all the furry babies. Highly recommended!Keep up the good work. We'll be back for sure!

I had a dog several year ago who had issues beyond my ability to help him and was a student at the time with no income. After watching him suffer and going through several trainers who couldn't help, I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life to find him a home where he'd be happier with the care he needed. I asked CRCS owner to help me. I was told that she'd find him a potential home, tell me about the person, and let it be a joint decision - so he started going ~ 1 day a week for them to work with him and to get to know him to find a good match. One day, I get a voicemail saying "No need to pick him up, he found a new home and we sent him home today because she lives far away". I was in shock. They seriously just gave him away without talking to me at all about who it was or why they thought it was a good fit for my dog bc they felt rushed. I was in no rush for this process. He was the love of my life and I just wanted what was best for him - there was no rush to find him a place to go. I called back and on the phone, she gave some vague details about how she knew the person and liked them and how I should be happy because they were doing me a favor. I was promised follow up and updates on how he was adjusting and if it was going okay - never got them. I've literally never heard about my dog since then. Honestly, it was a heart breaking terrible experience and I cannot believe I trusted them with my dog - I miss him every day of my life and I'll never know if the right decision was made. I wish I would have spoken up at the time and demanded more, but I was younger and felt so helpless about the situation. They did not offer behavior services or classes at the time.

I had to give up my buddy, Samson. He was just too dangerous. If he got out and walking in society, it would result in something terrible. He loved us so we were safe. But no one else was. They saved his life. I was to put him down. CRCS saved his life. We are in touch and receive updates. They have been working with him for 6 months. We really miss him. If they can get him better, not soo aggressive. There is hope, for Sam and CRCS. He is sweet and innocent. I really suggest CRCS if you have a dog that needs real training. Before CRCS recieve Sam we did day camps and it made a difference. Most are not as bad as Sam. Give CRCS a chance, make donations, like them. They are Rock Stars!!

Staff is friendly and the dogs love going there. They have helped rehome dogs that are difficult to place matching the dogs needs with new owners.

Our family would not be complete without our adopted pups, Whiskey, Tango, and Foxtrot. The team at CRCS is truly amazing and they've been very supportive since the adoption. I wouldn't consider boarding my pack anywhere else. All three dogs were long-term shelter dogs with a history of being returned for various reasons, but while at CRCS they formed a pack bond that just couldn't be broken . . . so we adopted the whole pack and we've been grateful every day since.

I went there to see if a loose dog in the neighborhood was one of their rescues. The owner greeted me in a rude, disgusting manner. She advised me of the law of taking in a stray dog (as an attorney, I'm aware of the laws) and walked into the shelter without any assistance. Her assistant helped with tracking down the dog's chip and gave me all the people I would need to contact. Except for her assistant's assistance, I would give them one star. When CRCS first opened, I gave them hundreds of dollars of jewelry and purses to auction off for their opening. Now I wish I had given those items to a more worthy cause. I had often thought of volunteering my services (I've owned saluki show dogs for over 40 years) to assist CRCS. Now, thanks to the inappropriate actions of the owner of CRCS, I'm not only sorry for the high-end donations, I am convinced that CRCS does not need my experienced volunteer service. Do NOT take a rescue to or adopt from CRCS!

Don't shop, adopt! They are a wonderful organization that helps dogs. Very caring and friendly people here. I found my Abby here. Also a great place to volunteer to walk the dogs.

Overall l walked away with a good impression of the staff, polite, professional and they seem to be willing to take on the problem dogs which is no small feat. I give them credit for what they are striving to do there.
