The person who helped me was really friendly and helpful. The store itself is a 5 out of 5. I am giving 3 out of 5 because I shipped with UPS for it to be delivered using USPS. I did drop off on a Friday when the carrier had already come, but she explained it would be picked up on Monday and the estimate delivery date was 2 days later. It didn't get there until the following Friday and it looks like it had quite the trip between UPS and USPS facilities. If I would have known it was going to be sent through USPS, I would have just gone to the USPS store on Saturday for it to get there quicker.

July 13th I waited all day for my delivery and got a Gmail telling me no1 was home at 1:30 when my 3 dogs and myself are in my living room waiting and the phone recording telling me ups was here and left a delivery notice, I'm not very happy taking my car apart and no part delivered!!!!!!

I know this isn't necessarily any of the staffs fault, or maybe it is? Not really sure, either way when the store is actually open the quality of service is excellent, the staff are really helpful and friendly. However it would be amazingly helpful to have more accurate weekend hours of operation. Really frustrating to drive 20mins just to find out the store is closed when it says it's open online.

the young lady that worked on 13 Jan 24 was very nice and helpful and her vibe was really good. even folded my jacket and packaged it for me. pleasant experience <3

So I wanted to give a huge shout out to Gilbert. He’s one of the delivery drivers here at nellis. One of our packages was delivered to the wrong address, and Gilbert went out of his way to go track this packet, and bring it to us personally. And we just want to tell him thank you so much for taking the time and getting us the package.

The staff here are all pretty nice, however; i would not recommend this location if you are expecting any USPS mail. this private mailbox costs over 3 times what it costs at the "Post-Office with terrible service. i have had tracked mailings showing delivered on Friday but here it is on Wednesday and no mail from this site. all i get from their staff is lip service. they claim it is stuck in the real Post Office on base. this is totally unacceptable. the staff member working said she only gets her info from her supervisor and doesn't know how to get the mail. One of the services they provide is to notify the receipt of packages via text. apparently this notification can only send the notice to one phone as my wife receives them but i do not but they are very good at notifying when a package comes in from UPS, Amazon or whoever.

They said they tried to deliver my package but no one was home, I was home all day and didn't hear or get an attempt to even deliver the package, I also have a ring doorbell and it didn't catch anyone trying to deliver I package. This is absurd, why would someone lie about trying to deliver a package. I would definitely not recommend dealing with this ups, they are lazy and uncoordinated.

Terribly ran company. Owner has no idea what's going on and takes her anger out on employees. Witnessed first hand. Boxes aren't cared for and constantly lost. If UPS corporate saw how this store is ran, there would be major changes.

Does anyone work here? I have yet to come to this location without a sign saying that they are out during business hours. Today there was 2 signs up, one that said "will return in 10 minutes" as well as "we are in the back, please make yourself known." I waited and yelled to the back and still no one.

I have to give two stars because I visited this UPS last week to ship a box; after asking Ruby if she could place "Fragile" stickers on the box she reassured me she would. I received a photo from the person I shipped the package to that there were no "Fragile" stickers on the box; just "fragile" handwritten in a couple of places in black marker that is not as noticeable as the bright orange stickers.
This is disappointing because I didn't ask much from Ruby. I normally have good interactions at other UPS locations and overall appreciate the company. I just needed to bring this to someone's attention. Perhaps more customer service training and hiring motivated employees is required.

This place sucks, nobody is ever here. Went two days in a row during business hours, was greeted by a “we're in the back, please make yourself known†sign. Nobody showed up.
